Stay was good . But first experience from 25 years of my travel life , after they charged and insulted by email with a picture of chipped coffee cup. 100% sure , we kept both cup safer and sure it’s happened by their cleaning staff. I’m staying at luxurious hotels atleast 100 days in a years for business purposes. Never experienced like this.

We were booked in on ANZAC day night. Nothing on the booking website told us that the restaurant and the bar were closed on public holidays. We were left having to drive around to find food.

Only one person at desk when I checked in with a line of other people waiting. Not advised to take milk when checking in. Room clean But no hot water in shower and when I advised person at desk when I checked out he seemed completely not fussed about it. Didn’t apologise

Overnight stay while in transit from Phuket - Perth- Albany. Perfect location and accommodation.

Interesting buildings, more like a resort hotel than an inner city stay which was nice. All staff were kind, engaging and helpful. I only wish there was a microwave in my room to heat things up. The restaurant experience was decent too. Otherwise, wonderful and will definitely stay again.

Great location, property is tired, wallpaper peeling off the walls, stained carpet. The bed is great though.

What an unexpected find! Just a few minutes from the airport, on the banks of the Swan River, not only is this glitzy/ornate hotel a bargain, my room was huge and came with the best hotel slipper ever (although no robe), which were totally unexpected. Clean, modern and blingy, it's an airport gem. Just watch the beer prices ($12 for a Great Northern Zero!!), and be sure to take the riverside walk if you have the time.

Room wasn’t inviting bed was only single sheeted the switch for the bed side lamp was a good meter and a half away so in the dark could find it Burger that I had for lunch was gritty with sand The last one they weren’t open for breakfast the next day due to public holiday The place didn’t look finished
