Clean and tidy … exterior getting tired. Reception not always staffed

We Had great time

It was more then I expected very clean and wonderful people.

The area was close to town, clean inside. But if you’re not use to the Rotorua smell it is very strong in this area.

Definitely stay there again nice a clean friendly staff!!! Just the bloody smell is very strong around that area

The room we had was very spacious & it had all the facilities we needed.

Peaceful surroundings. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Smoke alarm went off early first morning. No face cloths or dish cloths. Would definitely stay again

Absolutely a great place to stay! The standout feature for me was the Spa and soundproof walls—you can hardly hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, which is a huge bonus. The location is also fantastic, as it’s conveniently close to all the places I wanted to visit in Rotorua. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!🙂

Great place. Clean and tidy. Over all great stay. Only lackint ironing facilities in the room and wardrobe space. Worth the money spent.

Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and spacious bathroom. No luggage racks or place to put suitcases, there was plenty of space to put benches or luggage racks. No wash cloths. Heated towel bar was nice.

Great spot so close to everything and in walking distance, staff are friendly and very nice. The room was clean and smelt so nice. Will definitely come and stay again.

Nice well kept motel. Staff was very nice and friendly. We had a 2floor room and the stairs were not up to OSHA standards, but very manageable. Big room and bathroom. Recommend you stay.

Stayed 10 nights for work. Loved kitchenette and big bathroom. I had studio but plenty of room for long stay and felt safe. Would stay again

Nice place to stay, the kids loved having the private spa. Only thing I would suggest is having hooks by the spa so you can hand your togs and towel up to dry

Overall its good vibe

People smoking outside the units I had 2 small children & I didn’t want to let them go outside so I left. They look to have long term welfare tenants which was the main concern as this was the issues
