The blanket and pillow smelled like old wet laundry that had been left to rot, and there was black mold on the bathroom tiles. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. At night, I couldn’t sleep because of the loud noise from the air conditioner. Other than that, the facilities were fine, but the unpleasant smells made my stay uncomfortable.

Loved Buyeo and during the week days the resort was fairly empty. Restaurants ok. Never found the laundromat the place was supposed to have.

Overall, the service of the staff is good. The room is spacious and comfortable, but is old in detail and does not meet Lotte's expectations. Also, dining in the hotel lacks diversity and is not convenient. For ‘golf view’ rooms, be prepared for the early morning mechanical noise of the lawn maintenance team and the shouting of golfers.

Spacious, clean, comfortable stay

My group of friends and I went to Buyeo to visit historic locations. We chose to stay at the Lotte Buyeo Resort as we were intrigued by the photos posted on the Hotel.com website. We enjoyed the architecture and the very good condition of the rooms and general public areas. The location was ideal for shopping, restaurants, and there was a golf course next door.

The room is spacious and the facilities are relatively clean. There are not enough amenities inside or around the hotel.

This is a nice hotel but definitely not what I expected from a "resort". There is nothing to do on site except the water park which is quite expensive. No restaurants, no gym, no playground, no garden, no activities.

It is not a resort but a rundown motel, poorly managed, with terrible service. The rooms are dirty and bedding smell and furniture are old and run-down. It feels like a ghost town since there are no restaurants open nearby and there is nothing to do. The service and reception are terrible and they have no interest in guest. It would be better to closed down the property completely.

Quiet and clean. Perfect for a nice get away from the city life.
