Book through an agent but do not log in to the hotel system. Must wait about 15 minutes and then call to inform the arrival. When the air conditioner wasn't cold Inform the staff and say they have to wait 30 minutes, until it is cool. Wait 2 hours, not cold at all. Inform the staff, tell to open the room and go to another room. By going to sleep alone, do not move luggage Which does not provide convenience to customers The room is comfortable, everything is ok. The hotel is noisy from the bar below. Not suitable for people who stay and want peace. But in the beautifully decorated room The hotel provides free ear plug services, but live music plays until the third beat. Loud noise entered the room all night.

The place is strategic. I feel comfy stay here. Will stay again soon.

A really nice hotel pretty close to Khaosan Road, but still quiet enough for a good night sleep. Room is very clean and the staff is nice.
