Convenient location next to train station (which in Europe can be a plus and minus), Less than 15 minute walk to anything worth seeing in Grosetto. Very friendly staff helped with early check in. Room is quite plain and could use some updating, but was clean. Bed a bit uneven. Good wifi and tv options.

The room was clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very good location.

We were in a new room that was comfortable. Friends were in an older room and it didn’t have the feeling or amenities that we had. It was noisy in the morning but remarkably quiet most of the night given the location next to bus and train station.

This is a great hotel for a few nights' stay for a traveller. It's literally next door to the Grosseto train station and just a few blocks' walk to the walled center city. It is lovely, has great, helpful staff, is clean, quiet and secure - with a 24-hour desk person who keeps the room keys while you're out. Breakfast buffet is extensive and high quality -- worth the price. Overall, great value!

Staff was really helpful. We had booked a car to saturnia but it did not come. He actually went outside and found a taxi for us. The breakfast staff was also very pleasant. Perfect spot to stop over before heading to the waterfall in saturnia

No AC and toilet tank was leaking

This is a great hotel and location for easy access to the old town (15 minute walk) and train station (literally 50 meters away). Great service, breakfast and experience overall.

Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!

The hotel was perfect for our family of four, the from was big and quiet, clean and the service was great, the area around the hotel amazing and people was very nice.

It’s a nice hotel with the reasonable price and best location. The service was great too, everyone was helpful but I’d like to mention Marco at the from desk, the best customer service and I’ll definitely come back to grosseto

Positive: the hotel is right next door to the train station, not far to walk. The cappuccinos were great in the mornings, and the staff was nice. Breakfast was good but they need to add some more variety, not just a lot of cakes and breads, meats and cheeses but add afew American choices for travelers also. Some oatmeal would have been nice. More pancakes- for sure.. The rooms are clean..the hotel is keep clean, appearance is good inside. Staff helpful. Things needing attention for better comfort. A/C is not very cold at all (take a small fan with you to circulate air) the mini frig is not cold at all..the bed mattress is very hard and they need to put some top comforter pads on the beds. The pillows need some fluff..very hard and flat. We stayed 6 nights ( we had some personal family business to tend too) and hopefully the a/c, bed mattresses, pillows will be updated in the future..that would make a big difference in comfort level. I'd give them a 8 rating out of 10 👍

I loved the staff and the location of the hotel unfortunately the hotel needs major upgrading .The rooms look very old .

We were only there for one night but it was enough for us to feel welcomed. The desk clerk was warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty good - simple and comfortable. The breakfasts are fantastic.
