The room is nice, clean and comfy. The buffet breakfast is also good. The only negative experience I had was during check-in. We arrived at around 10:30am. I understand it’s still too early so we just left our baggage there and went out to eat. There’s a nearby McDo and Jollibee. At around 11:30am, we went back and I asked the receptionist to prioritize us. We waited in the lobby. After about 30mins., I went back to the counter and asked for update but they said there’s no room yet. I noticed there were many guests who have already checked-out. So around 12:45, I checked again, still no room daw. At around 1:15pm, I noticed a family of 3 arrived and they were able to check in. So I went to the counter, giving them a “seriously impatient look” and told them why we haven’t been checked in yet, we’ve been waiting for almost 2hrs, and my companion is my mom who is a senior citizen. They immediately gave me a form to sign and then checked us in. I was like, what the f???!!!!
