The room was large and well maintained, the staff friendly and helpful, the location with harbor views was nice.

The room had a great view of the water, the bed was very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was extensive and the coffee was excellent.

The front desk lady was very accommodating and friendly. The staff at the wedding reception were efficient and helpful everyone had a great time

Property is good, renovated. Rooms and washrooms, everything was good. Unlimited ice and water. Only thing, which me and my husband disliked is: At buffet breakfast, we reached at 10am, breakfast was supposed to be over at 10:30. There was only 1 yogurt left, and when I asked for more yogurt, she said you have to come early to get yogurt in the breakfast. I felt it was kind of rude .Later, she went and prepared 2 yogurt for me, and showed as if she did a favour to me.

Found hair in the tub. Pillows were not very comfortable to sleep on. Check in and out staff were very friendly and constantly greeting whenever we pass by. The staff at the cafeteria seemed overwhelmed but did his best to assist everyone. Food option for breakfast is decent, standard for hotel at this price.

This was a great hotel to stay at! Rooms were super clean and we had a nice view of the Ocean. The only bad thing I can say was you could not change the temperature of the room, but they did supply a fan which helped cool the room down and you could also open the window. A large buffet breakfast in the morning was very delicious! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

the property was very nice. the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. at one point, we asked for some more coffee and a man said he would send someone up, but instead, he brought it up himself and we really appreciated the personal touches. we had a few minor problems with the room, but the staff was very understanding and helpful. Its a slightly more expensive hotel and the room service was extremely over priced.. but other than that, it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend.

The hotel itself was fine, but when I arrived, I discovered that their hotel was out of order, so my disabled mom wouldn't be able to access the supposedly accessible room that I booked. The first staff member said sorry and seemed fine with us walking out with nowhere to stay. However, another staff member started calling around and found us a good room in another hotel. She gets five stars for resolving the problem, and I'm thankful to her. The other staff member had a very "that's your problem" kind of attitude when we said we had booked an accessible room specifically for my mom, telling me to check my emails for the notification from them. I checked email, spam, junk, everything and there was no notification about their out of service elevator. I've stayed in this hotel before and it was fine but never again. It's old, broken, and staffed mostly by millenials who think their entire job is limited to the screen in front of them.

Excellent service. Room upgrade was given at check in. Breakfast was wonderful.

Hotel room was fair for the price and the staff was very nice. But hotel is run down and parking in mall parking lot not idea

We didn’t like how far the walk is to go outside. But other then that it was really good stay :)

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, the check in was quick and the breakfast that was included was great. The rooms are very small and so is the elevator, which was making some very loud noises all night long. It seemed to improve over the duration of our stay or maybe I just got used to it. Overall it was ok for a 2-night stay for a soccer tournament.
