The room had water dripping from the air conditioner and the air conditioner was very loud, so I asked to change it. When I changed the room, the pillow smelled really bad. It didn't look like a pillow. Most importantly, I booked through Traveloka. When I checked in at the hotel, they said there was no booking number and we waited since 6am. We actually checked in at 9pm.
