The front entrance staff seemed to have no interest in greating new arrivals. There was a very strong order of Marijuana in the elevator upon my arrival. The toilet in the room was not secured to the floor in the hotel room. When reporting this during my departure again the staff response seemed uninterested.

Room had no toiletries or full size towels. There was no hot water the next morning and WiFi was down.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was included and it was alright. Everything in the room was a little busted though, lots of paint chipped off the walls, weird and messy caulking in some areas, shower seemed to leak, area under sink was stuffed with paper towels and tiles were broken/missing from sink. It was alright but I probably won’t stay here again for the price

The bed was comfortable. The toilet was too low. No tub. Good size room but no desk or place to put extra luggage.

I stopped at this hotel as a stopover on a long drive. When I entered the hotel the lobby was incredibly messy. The man at reception however was very cordial and helpful. When I got to my room there were a few things that didn't work including the TV. I called the front desk and the gentleman came up to help trouble shoot. When he couldn't fix the issue he moved me to another room and was incredibly polite about it. The room itself was a bit drab and there were a few things that needed repair. But for a quick overnight stay it served it's purpose.

Friendly staff. The roòms were decent. Breakfast was quite nice. However, the pòol was not open.

Pool was closed due to maintenance issues and my 14 year old was bummed but quickly got over it. Staff was nice at check in and enjoyed complementary coffee and hot coco in the lobby after coming back from a wrestling tournament.

We typically stay at this location, this time things just seemed a little blah - the receptionist smelled terribly of smoke, we were told the room keys had not been working for 3 days (but was fixed our first evening), was also told the pool heater wasn’t working, our room just looked a little dingier and worn than normal

I arrived quite late at night, despite this the front desk employee was friendly and efficient. Easy parking within 20 feet of the front door. Room was warm and shower excellent.

Everything decent but the heat was not working properly in the rooms and they need 2 give a heads up and discount rate!!

Just needed a place for a quick overnight. Clean, safe, pleasant.

Front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was great. Nice to be able to have our dog on an upper floor. Our stay was comfortable, but the hotel could be much cleaner.

Nice room for the price. Worth the slightly longer drive from the interstate. Wish the property had a workout room though.

Flr the most part, the place is just as I expected it to be. Then, we went to the pool. It was supposed to be heated, unfortunately it was ice cold.
