Nice hotel, but I don't think it lives up to its star rating. I stayed in an executive room, and the air conditioning wasn't cold enough and took quite a while to cool down. Breakfast was okay, but the variety was limited. I have a sweet tooth, and the pastries and bakery items were too hard. The traditional snacks also didn't meet my expectations.

Bad experience, checked in at night, the room's AC didn't work, stuffy in the room. Changed rooms, the AC wasn't very cold either. While taking a shower, water leaked out 😭. The room phone was broken, had to go down to the receptionist again. The night receptionist didn't have a solution. They only wanted to upgrade in the morning. Even though I had booked until October 13th, I was already disappointed and lost out. The next day I checked out immediately, not staying anymore on the 12th, I checked out immediately.

The street noise was quite permeable up to the 20th floor, but the room was really spacious. Then, I booked a room on the app that included breakfast for the kids, but when it was time for breakfast, I still had to pay an additional fee for the kids. I don't know what the problem was.
