Need to upgrade the wooden floor.

The service is very good. The hotel provides complimentary honeymooners in the form of writing on the glass. The food is also varied and delicious.

The hotel is comfortable, there is a pool for children, the breakfast is varied and delicious, the service is friendly.

Overall it is very good, but the room seems to be less soundproof, I got a room on the 19th floor, but road noise was still often heard.

The check out service process by the staff is done directly to the room. The condition of the room is very neat and clean, the AC is cold and the view out of the room through the room glass is okay.

4 star hotel close to the city center. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Thanks. My kids love swimming.

Nice and friendly not far from town

the sink was dripping.. but I got compliment ice tea + cookies, so it was cured. yesterday I got a room + breakfast, unfortunately Subuh had to CO because of the first flight, so I didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast.. never mind we have been staying here every 2 weeks, satisfied with the service, the security on the ground floor who is young and thin - helpful, lends a charger and finds a taxi, if the old fat one is not enough.. hehe.

The service and facilities are all very good and cool, but for the room the side of the bed/floor around the bed is dusty, I happened to order a twin bed. Thanks.
