The shower wasn’t very good. The room was very basic but fine for just sleeping in as we were out for long days.

It was hard to get your questions answered since there was nobody there. I wanted for example iron, but I had to buy one from Migros!

Exactly what you expected. Only disappointment was we asked the cleaner for fresh towels and was told no. Had to use the same towels for 4 days. No bed change either.

Self check in didn't work. Had to go to Alexander Hotel

It was practical for wot me and my son needed it for. Close to the city centre and the beds were comfortable

I should have read up more on this “hotel”. We didn’t see any employees at all and since we arrived early, we had to pay extra for check-in since there was no one to store our luggage. The room was no bigger than the bed, no a/c, little loud with window open, rv sized shower. Pricey for what you got. Extra $ for maid service. Location was fine.

We needed a stop over from a long drive home. This was ideal for a bed and shower. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was self checkin which didn't work and we had to walk to the next hotel to gain the access codes to the rooms.

The check in and check out was very problematic but everything else is really good.

need better room service. I put the tag outside of the door but no one did service the room.

High-value clean hotel convenient to the Basel Bad train station (but not the SBB station). Check in was a block away at a different hotel. Our room was on floor 3 which, in Switzerland, means up three flights of stairs. There is no elevator. So, a little inconvenient. The room was small, but we were expecting that. It was very clean and comfortable. Overall an excellent value given the price for one night in the center of Basel.

A perfect place to be based while attending a conference at the nearby Congress Centre. Clean, comfy, quiet and central.

Stayed for business and was good. I would go back again.

Everything was fine. I liked the Baselkarte, but I was a bit disappointed that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the hotel.

Great central location. Free WiFi, free central travel card, good choice of restaurants nearby. Totally recommend for short stays
