Standard room clean and confortably

It was practical for wot me and my son needed it for. Close to the city centre and the beds were comfortable

I should have read up more on this “hotel”. We didn’t see any employees at all and since we arrived early, we had to pay extra for check-in since there was no one to store our luggage. The room was no bigger than the bed, no a/c, little loud with window open, rv sized shower. Pricey for what you got. Extra $ for maid service. Location was fine.

We needed a stop over from a long drive home. This was ideal for a bed and shower. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was self checkin which didn't work and we had to walk to the next hotel to gain the access codes to the rooms.

The check in and check out was very problematic but everything else is really good.

need better room service. I put the tag outside of the door but no one did service the room.

High-value clean hotel convenient to the Basel Bad train station (but not the SBB station). Check in was a block away at a different hotel. Our room was on floor 3 which, in Switzerland, means up three flights of stairs. There is no elevator. So, a little inconvenient. The room was small, but we were expecting that. It was very clean and comfortable. Overall an excellent value given the price for one night in the center of Basel.

A perfect place to be based while attending a conference at the nearby Congress Centre. Clean, comfy, quiet and central.

Stayed for business and was good. I would go back again.

Everything was fine. I liked the Baselkarte, but I was a bit disappointed that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the hotel.

Great central location. Free WiFi, free central travel card, good choice of restaurants nearby. Totally recommend for short stays

It's all about communication. I arrived on a Sunday late afternoon, there was no reception. I had to figure out that I needed to self check-in on the kiosk outside under the rain! There's no elevator, the room has no AC, no desk, and the bathroom is really tiny! There is no breakfast, no coffee machine in the room, and no info on where I could get breakfast. A true let down overall!

It was very noisy from the street and the beds were very uncomfortable. The location was central. The room and linens were clean and the receptionist were helpful. Not planning on returning due to the condition of the lumpy beds. Good WiFi.

Better instructions as to how to use kiosk and the code would be appreciated. It was not clear that the code was for the front door AND the room door.

This hotel did the job for my two night stay in Basel. Not far from the city center, tram 14/the orange line is literally RIGHT outside of the hotel. Surrounding streets could be questionable in the late hours, but otherwise is fine and not far from the city center at all. They have a friendly front desk, but are not they 24/7. Also, they don’t make the room - so beware of that and your own cleanliness. Worked fine, would stay again if necessary, but could have clearer front desk options/cleaning services.
