The room is clean, the bathroom needs to be improved, the cleanliness is still lacking, the staff is very friendly, the parking area on site is only enough for 4 people but there is spare parking elsewhere. Checkout is very flexible

I only checked in and paid but didn't have time to stay because the room door couldn't be locked. It wasn't the staff that I was afraid of but other guests who we couldn't predict because I was traveling alone. I checked out at 6 pm local time and on the same day, November 25, 2025, I checked out and moved hotels. I'm sorry, please fix it and improve the service & security. Thank you.

The room is clean and the in-room facilities are very complete. This is the first time I have found a hotel room that provides a simple coffee maker and an iron, very helpful & entertaining :) The hotel atmosphere is calm and peaceful, suitable for resting or remote work. The air around is cool and fresh, making it comfortable to stay here. The staff are also friendly and ready to help. Motorbike rentals are also available here at affordable prices, only IDR 100,000 per day - making it very easy to explore around Ubud. The only note, access in and out by car is a bit difficult because the hotel is located at the corner of Jalan Raya Batubulan and Jalan Pasekan. But once you're in, it's guaranteed to be comfortable!

Very friendly service, the facilities in the room are very complete with affordable prices, there is a kitchen set, android TV balcony, basically for the facilities it is very cool considering the cheap price. The room is clean. There is a swimming pool. The downside is the location is in an alley.

The staff is very helpful, especially when I want to do laundry, it really helps.

Tadinya gue pikir gue salah pilih hotel. Eh, kok anak gue betah. Karena depan pintu langsung kolam renang. Staff-nya ramah-ramah, dari fasilitas sewa motor sampai pas nanti balik Jakarta di antar ke Bandara Denpasar. Tempatnya emang agak masuk gang, tapi ini privat banget sih, cocok buat kalian yang ingin liburan tenang.

Recommended for holidays, rest, get privacy and not be crowded too.
