Because my husband is diabetic and his insulin should be refrigerated it woul be nice to gave a little frige in the room. That's the reason we will not return.

Great location and very clean!

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and the beds were very comfy! Loved my stay and would return here again.

Excellent room but nothing to do and nowhere walkable. A great stop over place but not somewhere I would want to spend more than 1 night.

We had a wonderful stay with the B&B Hotel Bergamo! The bed and pillows very comfortable, place clean and breakfast was delicious and filling! The only trouble we had was finding parking, but it wasn’t even that bad using paid lots nearby. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

It has a a bit of a quirky interior, but we really enjoyed our stay at the B&B Hotel in Bergamo. It was a short walk from the train station and we were given a warm welcome on arrival. The breakfasts were great and the location worked out for the areas we were visiting on foot.

It's a bit expensive for what it is, but maybe that's the normal price in Bergamo. The room itself was not in the best shape: the door got caught on the floor while trying to open it all the way, the walls had scratch marks, only one outlet in the bedroom... But it was close to the train station, easy to check in, the hotel sold snacks and drinks in the lobby, and there was a small but nice balcony.

Hotel okay, clean and functional, similar but not as good as a UK premier Inn for a few reasons. The bed was rock hard and the temperature was far too hot. The aircon control was locked out in terms of selecting air conditioning so when I tried to lower the temperature it did not work. being right next to the railway meant that opening the window was not really an option. A further point is that other folks arriving late caused loud bangs when their doors were shut. So the nights sleep was not good. Better information for parking would be good as well. We parked on the street next to it which you are not really supposed to but apparently they do not police the yellow line areas. Try and find white line marked spaces if you can as these are fine ... less stress!

The property was totally fine, I was just looking for a place to stay for one night before an early flight out of Bergamo the next morning. When I checked in the night before, I asked the front desk staff if they could call me a taxi the next morning, she said yes and said come down at ... time and it will be very easy to get a taxi. I came down the next morning, a different man was working and said he'd call me a taxi. 10 minutes later he came into the breakfast area and said that there were no taxi's available in the entire area, therefore I missed my flight and had to sit in the airport the entire day. What is the point of a hotel near the airport if there are no transportation services to the airport?

Its a nice, clean place, with friendly staff. It's a short walk from the train station. The area isn't amazing but it was fine for one night after landing in Bergamo.

Lovely air-conditioning in room. Excellent bathroom. Very comfortable mattress so had a great night's sleep.
