Great stay

The apartment was very spacious with large kitchen and bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. It also had a balcony. However, it smelled like sewage, especially in both bathrooms. Plumbing was cloggins easily in the sinks and it smelled really bad the entire time. Also, the apartment is very sparcelly decorated and overall lacks a cozy feel. It feels more like a hospital, cold and uninviting. Location is great though-7 min walk from Sagrada Familia.

Room was in good condition, but neighbors were lowsy at sleeping hours and administrators couldn't fix it.

Excellent communication and very helpful with working around us for check in. Flat was spotless and had everything we needed. Excellent location! Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was very big for us three. Safe area and easy to access anything you need. Our rooms were very clean but the terrace needs a little mainenance ( uneven/broken boards). One of the bedrooms was adjacent to the Cross Fit gym which was very loud from 6:30 am- 9 am, with banging music and sound of heavy equipment. The staff, especially Sergio were amazing!

Area for seeing attractions was good and for restaurants and transport

Likes: patio area, AC, washer, and other essentials amenities provided. Dislikes: bathroom mirrors too high. Mirrors in bedrooms needed.

Location was excellent, close to sites and transportation! Apartment was clean and well stocked--except for toilet tissue and wash cloths; had to buy our own. It was difficult to get in touch with the apt manager. We had to contact AARP to do it for us.

Checkin was easy. I was able to communicate with the property management cia whatsapp. Location was good, only 10 minutes from the Sagrada Familia church. Many bars, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Apartment were excellent: location was excellent! 5mins walk from two metro stations. We did have to wait 30minutesnto check in as they were at another apartments at the time, however kept us informed via my mobile. Apartments were really clean , fully functioning kitchen and we were lucky to have a large terrace area. Check out is really simple, you just leave the keys in the apartment and close the door. Staff were on hand 24/7 via their mobile . Would recommend to stay again. There is also a lift in the premises if you have a room on the top floor. There is a sound curfew which we were more than happy with: and a sound monitor in the room.

The apartment we stayed in has 4 bedrooms and 2 toilet and baths. It was clean and it had everything we need. Communication with the management was also great and they were very helpful. They booked a taxi for us because we had a very early flight. It was also about a 5-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia. We had a great stay and would recommend it to families and groups of friends travelling together.

This apartment was fantastic. We had a great overall experience. The managers of the apartments communicated with us via hotels.com before the trip, and we knew exactly what to expect. We stayed in the one-bedroom penthouse apartment. It had a very large entrance room, a large bedroom, and a living room/kitchen. The bathroom was a little small, but adequate for our needs. The bed was comfy, and there was a fold-out couch with plenty of extra bedding. The terrace was fantastic! We were the only ones who had access to it. It was very large - much more than the apartment footprint. The terrace door was not working when we got there. They came out quickly to fix it. The apartment is about 5 blocks from the Sagrada Familia cathedral, and it is close to metro stops and grocery stores. It is also fun to experience Barcelona life outside of the usual tourist hotels. Everything was very clean and fully stocked. There is a clothes washer in the kitchen. You have to dry the clothes on the terrace via the clotheslines. We left plenty of extra clothespins in the cupboard in the entrance room!

Conveniently located, our apartment had all amenities as well as a large penthouse deck which was airy and relaxing. Our proximity to the cathedral allowed for much used services like the hop on bus tour and many cafes and tapas bars. No cable news in English.

Very nice place to stay and very accommodating staff. Location is convenient, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Sagrada Familia. Nice surprise was that it is two doors next to a parking garage (the parking attendant also went out of his way to accommodate our needs) when we had to rent a car to go to Montserrat on our own. The only thing lacking was hair conditioner and lotion but we didn't bother to ask anymore.

Its a 1 bedroom apt.. good size.. big enough for perhaps a family of 2-3 people.. nice huge terrace.. just beware of the extra cleaning charge they add to ur bill €30 and the extra €30 if u land up thr between 7pm and 10pm and €40 if u showup after 10pm to 1.. not to mention a €200 deposit they charge u when u check in.. i thought all that was a bit much. Location is a couple blocks walking distance to the cathedral- la sagrada familia..

Despite reading a few negative reports, we were expecting a below average apartment. Although entrance needs some TLC the apartment was excellent. The facilities were more than adequate with usual household amenities supplied. Air Cond a must for August. Real bonus was the massive rooftop terrace. Plenty of local bars, restaraunts and supermarket and butchers close by. 5 min walk to Sagrada Familia and Metro station as well as more bars/cafes. Metro tickets for 5 days a real money saver and means you get access to all of points of interest around this superb city Even the guy who dealt with deposit and cleaning bills was amazed at bargain price we paid
