We arrived around 2 pm. There was no one in the hotel. All the doors of the hotel rooms were open with the keys in the doors. We called the phone number at the reception. A short time later a guy who I feel sorry for turned up on a motorcycle. He gave us our room number. Getting to the room is a whole other story. 5 floors up. In the room there was no TV. The AC did not work. There was an obscured window in the room. When I went downstairs to the reception the guy said you want a TV? That 's what we paid for, I replied! So I went back up the stairs and got a TV from 1 room, a remote from another and batteries for both the TV and AC from another room. Still didn't see anyone else. As for the bed my wife got covered in bed bug bites down her side which ended up getting infected from the bedding. The bites are only healing now. The fiberglass shower base was broken in the middle. Broken right through to the floor. We had to stand on the edge of the shower base to shower. Being careful not to cut our legs on the broken fiberglass. There was no drinking water, coffee or tea provided. But there was a kettle. When asked at reception about drinking water coffee etc advised not included. So off we went to buy some. The hotel is located in a great location. As we were only staying 1 night my wife and I treated it as an adventure. We live in Hoian. We have travelled all over Vietnam for many years. This hotel is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in in the world. I'm 70. If the room rate was cheaper it would suit a skinny backpacker who would not fall through the crack in the shower base and is not allergic to bed bugs! The hotel is nothing like the ad photos. We didn't take photos as we didn't want the guy at reception to lose his job for something completely out of his control.

Ưu: ngay trung tâm phố cổ, ra đường tràn ngập đồ ăn, gần mọi điểm. Nhân viên nhiệt tình Khuyết: trần nhà tắm bị thủng dột, cửa kính bồn tắm, nắp toilet hỏng, thùng rác của khách trước chưa đổ, nhiều tóc trên giường, drap chăn cũ kĩ cảm thấy không sạch. Khi mình phản ánh khách sạn cũng đổi cho mình phòng khác. Tóm lại giá cả phải chăng trong khu phố cổ, nếu phòng sửa sang dọn dẹp lại tí thì tuyệt vời

Mình ở tầng 4 nhưng thang máy hỏng, đèn nhà tắm hỏng, khách sạn thì tắt đèn không có biển gì làm mình đi tìm vòng vòng khắp. Phòng kém, tiện nghi kém.

In the old town is quite narrow, but the hotel is very airy, fully furnished. Friendly staff, fun.

The hotel quality is very good, Receptionist welcomes everyone. - Location is quite convenient to walk around the old town. -Located 7 minutes from the lake and takes 2 minutes to Ta Hien street. - I will continue at the next visit and introduce to colleagues at the company

The hotel is very nice location right in the old town, go size 1, 2 minutes is out to present, Luong Ngoc Quy. 5p walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Room very clean, comfortable. The staff are very enthusiastic, the area of mini spa, massage call the head of customer oki price, satisfied. The hotel is open 24/24 so rest assured that even if you spend the whole night there is a staff to pick you up!

Deluxe 502 bed is very big, Standard small bed is not suitable for families with babies, so if accompanied, the baby should book a deluxe room. The hotel is right on the old town, in the evening, there are many shops around, suitable for tourism. Small elevator is located on the mezzanine floor, the hotel does not allow early check-in, the room has windows but it is covered 4/5.

The staff were lovely from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. In the morning, the girls knocked on the door to clean the room with towels and water. Spacious room, fully equipped, each air conditioner a bit shy but still can sleep ^^. Too satisfied with the room, will have the opportunity to visit ✌️✌️

Nice room, clean, right Old Town convenient moving to everywhere. Check out is also given an environmental protection brush by the owner. Overall very satisfied that ❤️
