Room was disgusting. Room temp 7 centigrade on arrival. Window curtains seethrough. No bedside light, phone or alarm clock. Bathtub gross. Room warmed to 15 after 11 hours. No TV remote. worst motel room ever

I walked in the room and walked out. Did not even stay. Disgusting. I want a refund and they didn’t give me one even though I didn’t stay.

I checked us in at 10:40 pm. It was close to the airport. Cops followed me into motel. Had to pay an additional 200 $ deposit. My wife flight arrived at 11:20 by 11:40 we had checked out and drove the two hours home. Would take a whole page just to describe the state of the room/suite we were given... i had a good laugh at my wifes reaction to the room....beyond gross. I stay in hotels alot this will forever be one of those places we warn others about...

Expensive and overall not worth money

First. When checked in the room had no heat on and windows open. I’ve seen shacks in better shape. Mold through out the bathroom. Writing on walls. Picture of a male appendage drawn in the bathroom. I would have like to shower but I was afraid I was going to be dirtier exiting the tub. Although travelling by myself I didn’t wake up alone. I had a rodent nibbling scraps in the corner. This place should be condemned. Room I had was room 120

Dirty motel, bed bug infested. Avoid at all cost.

Room was beside rooms that were burnt down, room was disgustingly gross dirty, sh*t stains on sheets had to move rooms and then told me the price was 35 dollars a room more

I found a mice in my room, the was filthy & the bed is smelly & it was a bad experience for me.

They did not have what we reserved for and wanted to cancel and not reimburse. Told us to deal with Expedia. Very rude and not accommodating at all. I want my money back

There shoul be a law from the government that places like that should be close , i couldn't stay cause of the condition of the room i left after 20 minutes, Expedia rank pretty low on my list to recommend a place like that

It has roaches, and some other insects. the blankets were dirty, room has moldy smell. There was torn curtains, washroom sink was completely clogged. Staffs were too busy to answer questions for guests. We somehow managed to spent the night as we already checked in. It’s a complete waste of money.

I was expecting more then I find for hotel if 130 dollar a night
