TERRIBLE, UNSAFE, AND UNACCEPTABLE I had a very bad experience at this motel and I do not recommend it at all. This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The room was extremely cold. The heater was broken and completely non-functional, and we were shivering all night. The room was disgustingly dirty. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The floor was not swept or mopped, there were dead insects on the floor, and dust everywhere. We even found socks left under the bed from previous guests, which is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The bed was dirty, broken, and extremely uncomfortable. We woke up with back pain. There was no hot water for showering. We called the reception four times during the night and reported the issue, yet no one ever came to fix it. On top of that, the shower cabin was broken, the water did not drain, and dirty water accumulated in the shower, causing a strong sewage and toilet smell to spread throughout the room. On top of everything, this place felt completely unsafe. One morning, while we were sleeping, a woman violently knocked on our door, waking us up. She asked if her sister was staying in our room. This is absolutely unacceptable. How can a random person knock on guests’ doors early in the morning? This shows ZERO security, ZERO safety, and ZERO control. Some of the reception staff were very rude, unprofessional, and careless, which made the experience even worse.

The room was filthy and delapitated, the sheets were unchanged and visibly dirty. The bathroom was dirty and in disrepair. I was afraid to open my bags there and left without a refund. Do not stay here

Nothing good to say

The room was not clean: sticky furniture, sticky floors and even the shampoo small tube was gooey!!! The sheets were dirty! The towels were dirty with black spots! The chairs were stained!! I asked to changed the bedsheets but I was offered another room… with dirty sheets! When I finally found a room unnoticed that the girl who showed me the previous room did NOT change the dirty bed but simply redid the bed with the dirty sheets!!! I had planned a two day stay but in left after one night! Horrendous experience The photos are either fake or 20 years old!! I decided to stay one night because I arrived late and could not go anywhere else!! DO NOT GOTHERE!

Make yourself a favour and do not stay here. Bad service and not one single ounce of a sense of cleaningness
