The view of the ocean was so amazing. The hotel was in process of renovation so there was a lot of noise at the time . But I know once there done it will be great . It’s walkable or if you prefer to use the buses to get to down town it’s easy and there’s more options to eat and shop . We also walked from downtown to the quebrada and it’s a nice walk ( a bit up hill but not bad ) definitely worth the walk . Loved the hotel view and the sound of the beach all day and night definitely worth the stay .

They were renovating the hotel . So there were lots of noice at night until 9 - 10 pm . There was a storm and water was dripping inside the room . Overall this hotel will be great to stay after there done remodeling it . It’s just in front of the ocean and very nice view if you have the ocean view room . It’s walkable , easy transportation to the zocalo .

las camas estan muy viejas, realmente viejas. Nos tocó lluvia, el balcón tiene techo de lámina lo cual provoca un ruido terrible con la lluvia. La puerta tiene muy po seguridad, es un sola y endeble manija. El elevador estaba siempre muy sucio además que es insuficiente. Las personas de recepción súper apáticas.

la habitación no es como la que sale en la foto, el refrigerador ofrecía la habitación si estaba, bastante viejo y no tenia el enchufe para encenderlo a la electricidad, la terraza con una red la cual no se apreciaba la playa, te cobran por día el estacionamiento, el internet no funcionaba al 100% venia y se iba la conexión constantemente

excelente lugar para hos´pedarse en relacio a costo beneficio, falta muchop or restaurar o arreglar pero se esta trabajando , por cierto el aire acondicionado formidable, no lo senti muy frio sino excato para mi gusto, y el frigobar muy util, aunque en la epoca que fui demasiado concurrida la playa, por lo que no pude disfruta como hibiera querido, pero eso no es responsabilidad del hotel

My family and I stayed 2 nights everything was fine, staf is very nice, convenient store nearby, transportation in front of the hotel, pool was excellent, beach next to the hotel elevator fine. Except during the day is a bit noisy because remodeling is going on. Other than that we strongly recommend, definitely we will be back.

At this point I don’t understand how some one can use Expedia or anything that Expedia offers, by far the worse experience ever, I had to go to other hotel in the very first day, and the worse part of these is they did not refund my money. Expedia and this hotel are very terrible!!!!!!

Los empleados muy amables y excelente accesibilidad. Los negocios cercanos cierran muy temprano tristemente.

Limpieza poco eficiente por parte de las recamaristas pero, toallas y sábanas muy bien. El personal en general muy atentos y cordiales. Aunque de seguridad nunca subieron a auxiliar con lo de la caja de seguridad. En cuanto a instalaciones antigua pero funcional. La comida en el restaurante buen precio, muy buen sazón y calidad, vale la pena el buffet. Tranquilo de ambiente. Si volvería. Gracias.

El servicio es excelente, nos gusta el hotel porque está cerca del mar y los niños pueden estar en la alberca y la familia disfrutando en la arena son descuidarlos.
