Peaceful and tranquil place. Perfect for resting. The place is old, but relatively well-maintained. Broken water faucet, so shower does not work. Swimming pool water needs cleaning.

The atmosphere is very comfortable, calm, and quiet. The staff are very friendly and kind. Thank you.

Beautiful buildings but not maintained at all: holes in ceilings, electric wires hanging from walls, etc. Towels torn and with holes in them. Bathroom facilities cracked, full of fungi, smelling bad. Worst of all was "buffet" breakfast: a few cheap slices of bread, cold nasi goreng and the cheapest possible jam. A real disgrace, so typical of Sahid group. Way too expensive for what you get.

Good and comfortable, nice location. The room is okay but a bit outdated. It seemed we were the only guests, but the service was good. They served lunch, dinner, and breakfast.

The room needs more maintenance. The socket broke my hairdryer, the shower had very little water, the lights were very dim.

Kebetulan kegiatan di toraja-nya memang di daerah mengkendek, dan berhubung di toraja tidak tersedia gocar/grab maka hotel inilah yang paling dekat dengan tempat kegiatan kami. Hotelnya indah, namun tampak tidak terawat. Kamar hotelnya luas, namun gelap. Kebetulan saya kurang suka dengan kamar yang remang remang dengan titik titik lampu yang minimalis. Ada bagian bagian di kamar yang bocor ketika sedang hujan. Kamar lembab. Jika menginap di hotel ini, saya akan prefer ada rekan sekamarnya, agak spooky rasanya. Selama di sana juga mengalami mati listrik 3x, waah. Di kamar sendiri-gelap gulita-dan konsepnya spooky. Tapi di pagi hari. Sumpah. Pemandangannya indah banget. Berhubung di toraja gak bisa pesan gofood/grabfood, kayaknya oke kalo hotel memperkaya pilihan makanan yang bisa dipesan customer untuk makan siang/makan malam, selama di sana pilihan makanan yang bisa kami pesan hanya nasi goreng dan sate ayam.

Sarapan pagi tidak berkenan, karna makan sudah ditaruh dipiring nasi goreng sama ayam goreng saja kpoi segelas👃

Hotelnya enak, bersih. Meskipun tidak ada AC tapi dingin karena memang di sana suhunya dingin. Kamarnya luas. Kamar mandi ada bathtub nya. Seperti resort resort

Air tidak mengalir pagi sampai jam 10 pagi, terpaksa check out tanpa mandi.

+ The staff members were very nice:)- The room was big but it wasn't comfortable at all, due to the fact that there were so many insects in my room, the bathtub was very old and dirty. The bathroom was very creepy and I smelled something like phantom odors in the bedroom. I'm sensitive to the spirit. To be honest with you, you can stay in this hotel if you're not sensitive to the spirit. The staff members were kind.

The hotel is in an old condition. Lack of wifi. Cleanliness is decent. Safe and comfortable atmosphere. It's naturally cold. The location is far from the city and tourism but if you want self-healing and solitude, it is highly recommended. There is a bathtub. TV channels are very lacking. There is no parking. Hot water works well. Service is still lacking. But overall good.

The rooms are spacious, order food easy and fast, the building is a bit old, the location is a bit far from the center of the crowd but easy to reach using private vehicles, the price of the room is just right 👍

The hotel is far from the city (30 minutes), the rooms have no air conditioning because it is cold, the hotel is old, there is a swimming pool, the rooms are large and quite quiet (because my stay is not during the holidays) but if the hotel for a gathting event is suitable. Look for food out far and there is no food.
