Check-in was easy and the room was okay. All amenities were provided.

Front desk service can still be improved. The atmosphere with the receptionist is a bit less satisfactory. In terms of room cleanliness, it needs to be improved..

Not so amazed by this hotel. However, it is nearby an old mosque and a market. Below the hotel is Pizza Dominos.

Air conditioner not service and not cold.

This hotel staff are not helpful & friendly, room floor are disarray and dusty, door Lock for washroom not good. No any toiletries items.

No kettle no coffee in the room not soundproof can hear noise from outside other room.

Do not have kettle, cannot boil coffee, do not have hairdryer, toothbrush, toothpaste. Need to apply for the kettle.

Hotel room was terrible and not as expected conditions. After checked in am noticed there is no towel and drinking water in the room and some lighting points not working. later discovered more problem like air conditioning system not cooling and tv set completely useless. At bathroom soup dispenser not working at all so they put separate ugly bottle to claim the soup from there. when walking inside the room the entire floor tiles making noise because it's not anymore bounded to cement. I'm really regretting that staying this poor hotel. Before sleeping just wanted to lock the door but unfortunately that part also damaged omg.

The hotel is close to the city and is easy to go to buy morning, evening and evening meals.

Aircond does not taste, water is clogged in the bathroom, when the water does not wait for water to drop in one hour or so. TV x clear, x worth it.

The double king deluxe room was very spacious for my family of six people which include two kids. The room was clean and service was ok. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
