Chia sẻ thật lòng đây là lần đầu tiên mình đi khách sạn mang tiêu chuẩn 5 sao nhưng thật sự những AC nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình, phục vụ chu đáo, view đẹp, phòng sạch sẽ, đồ dùng đầy đủ. Nếu đánh giá về chất lượng thì mình không đánh giá về dịch vụ 5 sao, mình đánh giá về cách phục vụ mình rất thích rất thân thiện. Mình và Chồng đã trải qua một kỳ nghỉ hạnh phúc tại đây

Wonderful hotel, luxurious experience and great service. I have no complains about the stay. The view of the walking street was great, and I could see Bitexco tower from my room. Central location right on the walking street, and there’s a cinema nearby for late night movies. Concierge was friendly, they helped with the luggages and restaurant reservation. The hotel also has a “pillow menu” from which you can choose from a variety of pillows. TV channels were sufficient. Minibar offering was good. Bathtub and bathroom view were fantastic. There’s some noise from the ongoing music festival, but that stopped around 11pm and did not disturb my sleep at all since the King bed was so comfortable.
