Very small room, thé restaurant si Not in thé same place

I liked the family rooms being big enough for our family but it felt tired with marks in the walls and it felt like school halls rather than a hotel. Probably because it is a favourite with Schools…

A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking this hotel.

Overall a good hotel. The food is good, and served in a fun venue. The evening buffet has something for vegetarians but it's overpriced unless you eat meat. This is common for the region. I suspect the food is of a very high quality. The pirate theme is great for kids, and make the place a bit different for adults. The dining room is lovely to look at. The main drawback at certain times of the year is that the hotel isn't air conditioned. If it's not hot weather, this won't matter.

Great hotel for the kids loved the Pirate theme and lay out of the beds.

Quirky Hotel; kids liked the pirate theme. Buffet restaurant really good, and excellent value (for France), with entertainment for the children thrown in, and all staff dressed in elaborate pirate costumes. Would definitely recommend for the restaurant alone.

Perfect for our needs. Clean, 5 bed family room and walking distance to Futuroscope. Restaurant next door if you needed it with small games arcade and children's entertainment some evenings. Very easy to get to from N10.

The room is too small, little space to put the luggage.

Le parking très facile d'accès Chambre propre. Linge de toilette propre et en grande quantité. Le petit déjeuner : la salade de fruit qui n'est vraiment pas bonne, les crêpes trop sucrées et très bien pour le reste

Hôtel sans clim avec la canicule qu'il y a en ce moment. Impossible de dormir dans cette chaleur. En plus de pas de clim, pas de ventilateur et la fenêtre qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir en grand pour faire entrer le frais la nuit. Et on est qu'en mai, je ne veux même pas imaginer en plein été ce que ça doit être.

Très bien pour une nuit. Nous étions 2 journées au futuroscope en famille et hôtel satisfaisant pour une nuit. Parking à dispo. Petit déjeuner au restaurant à côté.

Chambre propre pour 4 avec même un 5em lit. Choisi pour sa proximité au Futuroscope, on ne regrette pas. Réservé sans petit déj. L'essentiel y était. Rapport qualité prix très bien. On aurait apprécié que les autres voyageurs soient respectueux de tous plutôt que de parler fort dans les couloirs, passé 22 heures.

L'hôtel est propre en général mais l'odeur des toilettes est horrible. Ce n'est pas des odeurs de canalisation comme nous l'a indiqué la dame à la réception. C'est un problème d'usure plutôt. Les toilettes jaunâtre et l'odeur de l'urine est très forte. Toilette à changer d'urgence. Sinon le reste top !

Si l'hôtel est un peu vieillissant, il a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes : une chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Un personnel charmant et disponible, et une bagagerie très utile à l'arrivée ou au départ.

Hôtel et chambre correspondant à la description avec une insonorisation très faible mais on a eu la chance de ne pas avoir de voisin direct.personnel agréable et une étoile de plus pour le restaurant buffet qui est super!

Chambre pour 5 personnes, bon rapport qualité-prix pour passer un séjour au Futuroscope. Nous n'avons pas prix le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel.
