Great hotel.

This is a very nice property with a few real inconveniences in the rooms themselves: there is no coffee machine or water heater to make hot beverages (rather unusual for a "4-star" hotel; neither are tissues provided in rooms. The breakfast is quite good; the front desk staff is excellent. The property is within walking distance of Parque Prefeito Luis Roberto Jabali, with fine trails and good birding (which I enjoyed immensely). The Italian restaurant across the street is among the finest I have encountered---an added benefit to staying here.

Escogí el hotel por cercanía al estadio Santa Cruz (Arena Eurobike). Habitación amplia, limpia y agradable. Buena cama y ducha. Desayuno sumamente bueno!! Personal es muy amable. Sólo el check-in es muy lento porque, según me explicaron, el sistema está configurado sólo para brasileños y eso hace muy larga el registro de pasajeros extranjeros.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, charming ambiance with pianist in the lobby on weekends. walking distance to Savegnago. Nice gym, nice pool.

Unfortunately the gym and pool were closed due to the virus exaggerated crisis. The biggest asset in my opinion is the staff. Everyone is as pleasant as possible.

I always stay at this hotel when traveling on business to Riberao Preto. They have a wonderful breakfast and english speaking receptionist. The room is very clean and has lots of space. I highly recommend this hotel.

O conforto em geral muito bom, cama era muito boa. espaço do quarto muito bom, o único problema foi cobrado 31 reais do estacionamento e na reserva constava que estava incluso. Sr. de óculos me cobrou.

Foi estadia de 1 noite, após meu casamento, chegamos de madrugada, atendimento rápido e cortes. Pelo preço acredito que merecia o estacionamento grátis (foi 31 reais). O quarto é beeeem amplo e confortável, roupa de cama macia, banheiro grande com shampoo, condicionador e sabonete. Tem frigobar no quarto. Checkout rápido tbm, sem problemas. Recomendo

Esse valet é péssimo, mexem do banco como fosse deitar trazem carro com vidros abertos meu carro é blindado não pode fazer isso

Hotel excelente: localização, atendimento, instalações… tudo de primeira. Café da manhã com piano ao vivo!!! Super recomendo.

Voucher do site não foi entregue no hotel. Sofri constrangimento por conta dessa falha. Imperdoável. Favor rever urgentemente
