In spite of it being in the process of refurbishment it was clean and comfortable. Excellent receptionist. Very helpful.

Perfect for an overnight en route stay. Very quiet considering it’s so close to the motorway. Very friendly & helpful staff. Comfy bed and adequate bathroom facilities so would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for an overnight stay.

Booked on Expedia as low floor double bed, reservation at hotel was upper floor 2 single bed… but staff was super nice and got us what we had booked online. Nice big room, clean bathroom. there’s a small par 3 golf next to it if you have time. Nice restaurants around but you have to book them in advance as they are popular, so if you want to eat on arrival make a reservation, otherwise there’s a carrefour supermarket with restaurant options.

Very friendly staff from reception to breakfast. Modern hotel with excellent sound insulation. Super clean and extremely well managed. It’s a budget hotel but an excellent comfortable clean stay with two excellent restaurants nearby. Also dog friendly for only 4 euros extra. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay but the breakfast was disappointing. Just a paper bag with a few bits in it. Not worth the price.

Perfect for what it is and great location.

Hotel was clean, warm and good shower which was good for an overnight stay. There was a microwave to heat up food and a couple of snack machines. The town is a 20 min walk from hotel which had lots of cafes and some places to eat.

Staff were very welcoming and most importantly spoke good English.

Recently opened hotel on edge of Riom; we used it as a stopover on the way south. Slightly tricky to find by GPS - maybe booking confirmation should include co-ordinates. Very friendly welcome; good English spoken. Nothing too much trouble; allocated us adjoining rooms and found us an extra pillow. Breakfast perfectly adequate and taken in bright, clean space. Nearby ‘Zinc’ restaurant surprisingly good.

Budget hotel with a very comfy bed. Great location for eating out. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

Perfect for a stop over on our way journey. Plenty of parking, restaurants close by, comfortable beds & adequate breakfast. Would recommend.

Served its purpose of cheap clean accommodation for the night. Staff were fantastic, helpful with food places and ordered pizza for us. Very basic accommodation, easy to find and warm. Breakfast was good value for money.

We have stayed here quite a few times on our journey to and from Spain and have always found it to be clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
