The staff, Norma, wasn't very friendly or accomdoating. I booked 2 rooms at the same time. However, we could not get 2 rooms side by side or on the same floor. When I got to the room, there wasn't a TV remote. I was told by Norma, to come down and she would give me one. The remote I received was DIRTY and DID NOT HAVE A BATTERY COVER on it. Before she gave me the keys to the room, she asked if I or one of my friends could go check out the room to see if it was ok. She states, "One of the housekeepers forgot to clean some rooms and she wasn't sure if that was one of them." I was NOT PLEASED with this stay and would NEVER book with this facility again!!!

Absolutely filthy. Everything. Filth

I own a company and have to reserve hotels in several states and have never had a driver with a problem until last night checking in putting a card on file for incidentals because the driver's name didn't match the card. I used that card to pay for the hotel but they refused to use it when the driver arrived. Even at this hotel we've had drivers stay with no problem. They did send me a CC authorization but it took almost an hour for the driver to be able to get to his room. Someone with a little too much power last night and they certainly used it. Won't stay there again

The showers were not clean. The microwave was broken. Will not stay again

The staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was hot but the water was not, both were tepid . The television was going out. The screen was dotted with spots of white lights.

Peaceful

Shower water pressure was so low that it emmited only a thin stream of hot water. Barely able to wet oneself.. TV was old with permanent spots on the picture screen. Coffee maker in lounge area hardly worked and coffee tasted horrible. Very noisy A/C. Overall cleanliness was good.

Safe area and friendly staff though not overly so. Decent enough room. Showing age, previous guests hair in shower, toilet had been used prior to our check in. Definitely a rushed cleaning of the room. I appreciated the room was very convenient to the elevator and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

STRONG odor of marijuana throughout the Bo. The iron was broken, no front panel on the air conditioner and the couch had horrible stains

My room was clean and quiet. And the bed was very comfortable. I have stayed her 2x already. Pat at the front desk is amazing!

Our room smelled good. Great A/C - we actually were able to sleep because it got cool enough. Breakfast was way better than normal free breakfasts and staff kept the area clean and the items were filled. We took the stairs and that area could use some cleaning as well as the ice/laundry area. But we didn’t hang out there, so it didn’t bother us. Checkin/out was friendly and efficient

Everything was good. Just stayed 1 night for the college rodeo and the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice and beds were comfortable and spacious.

Its not letting me upload photos, but this place is dirty, hole in a wall behind doors, pubic hair all over bathroom, busted drain, broken fan, rusty lamps, no lightbulb in the lamps.. i mean just horrible

The room that I was in was not too clean. The refrigerator was dirty, the shower had mold, and the chair had something spilled on it.

Please to god do not stay here without confirming whether you can park or not in the parking lot. I arrived at our hotel last night around 5:00 pm and from then till 12 am I would have moved our vehicle happily if somebody had let us know. Instead what I was awakened by was pounding on my door saying that we need to move our vehicle at 8:00 am, two hours before Check out. Wouldn’t a better way to call your guests and say thank you for staying with us but next time you may have to use street parking if the lot is reserved. Bad attitudes go a huge distance and I’ve worked enough customer service roles to know that is just bad business.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was good.
