The fireplace was MAGNIFICENT. the room was clean, the breakfast bacon was outstanding, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We were VERY impressed by the hotel. The distance from the dells was a little far, but a couple songs on the radio and you are in the vicinity.

Unfortunately, we had the worst experience. The staff were very nice. My family and puppy only needed this stay to sleep for a few hours. We did check in pretty late around 11pm and we had to check out around 7am. We drove 7 hours and we were very tired. Our room was very dirty, bad smell, glass inside the AC, under the beads, dusty, and a lot of human hair everywhere. The bathroom was very dirty. The shower with lots of hair and not even shampoo available. At the checkout I told the lady on the counter and she was very kind and apologized, she even returned $40 dollars of the dog fee. Next morning me and one of my kids noticed the something stun us. Like I said we only needed to shower and sleep, and we were so grossed out that we didn’t even had the included breakfast or used the pool.

Sink had old food at the bottom of it. Silverware and plates were dirty. Other than that room was clean and comfortable.

we have seen the hotel many times driving past, always thought about stopping there. finally did it, and what a great suprise.... it was very clean, the room was amazing. very much going to stay there again

Great option for a last minute trip, clean and staff friendly the bartender was great!

We were very impressed with the hotel front desk woman, who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. She was consistently friendly and helpful the entire stay. I told her we were traveling with a dog so she gave us a room next to the exit, which really helped. For a hotel that accepts pets, the room was clean with no odors. A very pleasant stay, we will use this hotel every time we visit the area.

The location was fantastic and the room was very comfortable and cozy.

We enjoyed the large pool area and the common area. The breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

One of the nicest rooms available was the Frontier Suite. It was very cozy being in there. The hotel had an attached restaurant once you go through the second floor, and it’s one of the nicest small restaurants available. Definitely beats driving to the Dells, but of course me and my girlfriend went there anyways as well. Definitely recommend it here.

Place was nice. Right off the interstate and easy to get to. Pool area was very nice. Rooms were nice and clean and up to date. Even though we had a young child and didn’t get the chance to check it out this place did have a bar/restaurant inside and was attached to a diner as well.

Their saline pool and whirlpool are amazing. The only issue to me is they have very little for people with dairy and gluten allergies to eat for breakfast.
