The staff was amazing! Pool and hot tub were ok, breakfast was ok except for the crap paper plates and wooden cutlery…should definitely upgrade. The room was small and drab for the price point. We visit Sudbury monthly and probably won’t stay again. Thought we would try this hotel because it’s closer to shopping and restaurants.

This is my second time experiencing booking with a Marriott that had Little to no knowledge of how to treat guests with service animals. The hotel felt cold and more like a motel than a hotel. The amenities were not impressive, and the breakfast was very, very basic, and in my opinion was boosted about way too much in their promotion of included breakfast. Not somewhere I would like to stay again.

Comfy clean room

The pillows were horrible . The pool was over stuffed with kids cause it’s very small. The kids were unsupervised and out of control noisy, But other then that it was an ok stay . Didn’t sleep well at all just due to very very crappy pillows. Jacuzzi wasn’t as powerful as I remember it to be either but it worked. Very expensive place to stay and breakfast is only served till 8 am .. check out is at 11 . I found that inadequate for the amount of people jammed in the dining area for the limit time you had to eat .

Awesome pool and hot tub. Perfect room. Bed was so comfy. Nice staff. Everything was a+. I won’t stay anywhere else in Sudbury anymore!
