Very basic but a quiet and clean place with very nice staff. If you need to stay in Chaves for a night this hotel is great - walking distance to the city Center, parking space around, the room clean.

Older hotel. Walkable and Close to everything we wanted to see. Easy to park here. Owner was lovely and attended to all our needs

Horrible customer service, the receptionist it was the hotel's owner by the way have no even education to say "good morning/good bye".

I stayed three nights here. It's on the outskirts of the town and you can walk to the centre in about 15 minutes. Some may regard the hotel as being "old fashioned" but the standard of all the basics; cleanliness, comfort etc was good. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast adequate but not exciting. In line, however, with standards for the country. The price was exceedingly competitive and I did wonder what the place would be like. The reviews were good and I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending the place if you are happy to stay in a slightly old fashioned family run hotel with basis clean facilities.

Hotel básico para ir de paso barato. Muy simple y antiguo pero limpio y cama correcta, ducha bien. Por ese precio y allí tampoco pidas lujos.

Hotel de trámite al que solamente fuimos a dormir. La habitación era fría y el radiador no funcionaba. Tenía aire acondicionado pero no lo supimos hasta llegar por la noche. La señora que nos atendió fue muy cariñosa y amable.

Accueil moyen Pas de clim Sinon bien situé...a 5 minutes à pied du centre...stationnement devant l'hôtel...relativement facile ... Prix/prestation en général acceptable...ça be vaut oas plus de 50€/nuit

Très bon accueil, rien à redire sur ce petit hôtel familial. Chambre simple, propre. Salle d'eau ancienne mais suffisante.
