Spotlessly clean, great location and friendly helpful staff.

We couldn’t check in using the automated Machine so had to push for help. The guy was super helpful and sorted it out for us but it took a while, and after a really long drive and a late arrival due to traffic and bad weather it Really wasn’t great. The rooms are basic but clean, however the bathroom which was really Small did smell of sewage and the toilet systern kept running

Parking was secure and we could park right outside the entrance in the disability bay.

We were passing through. Such a convenient stop from the motorway, easy to find and the late checkin with the code worked well. Great travelling with two dogs. Very clean and secure car park.

Lovely quiet stay in spotless property. There was a minor issue with automated check-in not recognising room being pre-paid but this was rapidly sorted by receptionist as soon as they came on

Good overall but late check in was a problem as we were not given a room code prior to arrival so had to ring the reservation help line and enter lots of details again. Not good when it’s late and you just want to go to bed. If you book direct with B&B it’s much easier as they automatically send you a check in code prior to arrival.

The stay itself was fine. However, I noticed a couple of insect bites that were a little ithcy in the morning. As the day went on more and more appeared and in the night it appears that I amassed for 90 (Ninety) terribly itchy and inflamed insect bites all over my body from head to foot. I have tried to contact the hotel directly as there is clearly a huge issue, but no response as yet. I am hoping that this will spark them into action.

Check in machine does not work, such a headache to check in. Guy at front desk was very rude and unpleasant. Breakfast was very minimalist.

Functional and convenient. Very clean and well located. Nice city with beautiful cathedral.

What could have been a good experience happened to be a bad one. Please make sure you get rid of all the bed bugs and all the other tiny insects which I couldn't identify. Luckily it was a short stay on the way to Paris so I could do with a few hours of sleep (had to check the kids regularly).

For the first time I shared a room with my 11 year old grand child and was disappointed with the size of the room. Very clean but beds might as well have been one double - you couldnt separate them because they were together in a head board arrangement.

Comfy beds, great breakfast. Penty of parking , friendly staff. Minor niggle: sink plug didnt work or soap dispenser, but a recommended hotel!

Lovely hotel, very easy off the autoroute, clean and comfortable. Great value with a really lovely guy on reception who was excellent.

This is our second stay at B&B Evreux, arriving very late (1am and 2am respectively) each time. Check-in is so easy with the code texted in advance, the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, and the staff really kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend. For a budget hotel particularly, it’s excellent.
