We had a real issue getting into the hotel. The manager in the day was great but the systems doesn’t work well with hotels.com. We won’t be staying there again

Perfect hotel for short visit

Self checkin since we were late. Checkin process was easy. Room door didn’t locked. It is like a motel then Hotel.

Good position within Pairs catchment area with easy road catchment to any direction. Free secure parking right next to the room. Welcoming staff. Room a bit outdated compared to other hotels but really nice restaurants with excellent cuisine right next to the hotel. Overall for an overnight slip is very good.

Chambre « relativement » propre : Pas à cause du ménage mais la vétusté des locaux fait que tout est « encrassé ». De plus, énorme odeur d’humidité. Personnel : Vu personne à part la dame des petits déjeuners… Ça manque vraiment d’humanité ! Petit déjeuner : Correct Clim : Non concerné

Hotel bon rapport qualité-prix. Cependant, le petit dejeuner est en dessous des attentes, vinoiseries croissants et petit-pain au chocolat deja en rupture à 8h.

Chambre correcte

Ce n’est pas agréable de se coucher dans des draps humides et le matin nos vêtements étaient également humide

La dame de l'accueil ne donne p1s envie de revenir, PAS DU TOUT AIMABLE

Nous avons dû aller dans un autre hotel alors que nous avions payé pour la nuit. Cela ne correspondait pas du tout à notre exigence.

pas de chauffage dans la chambre . (il fallait brancher un grill pain me dit-on le lendemain, qui était caché sous le bureau ! Panne informatique qui m'oblige à attendre une demi heure pour rejoindre ma chambre à mon arrivée... Petit déjeuner moyen ... A éviter...
