Rude and aggressively indifferent staff. Never had such an experience in all my many years of traveling. Not coming back.

Great restaurant - Nautilus

Location near airport was what we wanted however not much to eat nearby. They do have food at the hotel. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Could use more pillows.

It is what u would expect

This is a very laid back hotel, with a very comfortable and extensive lounge/bar area. Perfect location for flying out of CDG, with a very efficient shuttle service. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. This is one of the most quiet hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No noise from other guest rooms and not even airport traffic sounds. Would definitely stay again.

LIked it alot.. Very modern with a lot of amenities

Shuttle runs only mornings and evenings, hard to get Uber or Bolt to drive to a location so close to airport during the afternoon but eventually managed to get there.

We arrived at around 10 and the check in process was very slow, despite not being a busy time of the day. The room was ok, but the tv control never worked. It is fine for an overnight stay but don’t expect much from this hotel

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The iPad remote for the room doesn’t work properly there is no heating option and room was a bit dirty.

The hotel was fine for an airport hotel, clean and efficient. However, the staff was not very helpful. They claimed they had sent me the shuttle bus schedule but I never received it so ended up waiting for a shuttle from the airport for over an hour that does not come during some times in the day. When I booked the shuttle back to the airport the next day, the price was 7euro, however, I used my US credit card and the person selected the automatic US$ conversion without asking me so I was charged US$ 14, an overblown price. The hotel is only convenient if the shuttle is working, otherwise, it's not accessible from the airport train station, you have to take a public bus. Better to stay at Citizen M or Ibis which are located next to the train station that links to the airport.
