no reception could not get in the hotel we did it not have cellphones on us

No one at check In so had to walk to their second hotel to sort. Rooms were very warm. Everything else ok. No lift. No food places walking distance but microwave food options and pizzas available at reception of 2nd hotel 2 mins walk.

Quiet and away from Main Street, but there were no amenities such as soap and shampoo .

Was good

Stayed here a number of times but it remains the same experience, neither good nor bad, but on this occasion it seemed a little less secure.

The receptionist was unable to help when I asked for information about, and a map for, Narbonne. I was also challenged about not having paid for breakfast despite producing a receipt showing that I had paid for it the previous evening. Otherwise, the hotel was reasonably comfortable, the WifFi was good and parking was free and accessible. However, the breakfast was only average.

Ok room and brekky. Little in way of evening meals.

Cheap and functional stop over

Very good value for money. Breakfast was excellent .

The location next to a busy freeway is not great. There are only a few restaurants close by. The room price nearly matched the level of comfort. It is a good auberge for transit travelers.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and good value for money and is close to the autoroute to almost everywhere. It's quite a way from the centre of Narbonne so you need a car or taxi to get anywhere. Narbonne? Best just say nothing.

Shower too small

Excellent value for the money. Breakfast was good value. Neighbourhood somewhat isolated although we managed to find a nice restaurant within walking distance as centre of Narbonne was several kilometres away and only accessible by car.

Very comfortable, arrived late, greeted by a very helpful security guard, as reception was closed. Ideal for a business or family trip .

If you have been driving all day, need a place to crash, and don't want to deal with humans... This is the hotel. I have stayed at this chain of hotels up and down France and they provide a roof over your head, no hassles, and the rooms are clean.

Points positifs : Pratique car il est en pleine zone commerciale. Appareil automatique pour les arrivées tardives ou pendant les heures de fermeture. Chambre propre mais joints de douches jaunes. Points négatifs : Les portes qui claquent qui ne sont pas réglés et assez mal isolées on entend quand même les passages des gens. Il manque un petit frigo car on est quand même dans le sud près du bord de mer et un distributeur d’eau.

Hôtel propre à moderniser avec une douche sans rideau

Hôtel agréable. Petit déjeuner correct et personnel polis et agréable

A notre arrivée pas de personnel, une borne pour s'enregistrer qui ne fonctionnait pas, nous allons donc au meme hôtel de lautre cote de la route la meme chose. Nous contactons lassistance avec l'interphone et nous avons une personne tres desagreable qui nous prends de haut alors quau final il y avait bien un pb sur la borne. Sinon chambre correcte et salle de bain propre. Bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Bon petit dejeuner. Par contre en partant nous avons vu des serviettes de chambre propre dans lescalier par terre, vraiment pas top et la personne sen occupant ne sen inquiétait pas...
