That was one of the most terrible stay for a long time, When we arrived the receptionist told me i have to check in via the checking computer but it didn’t work after 20 of trying he came and said it not working i will do it manually, that was not kind at all, 2 NO safe, NO fridge, NO phone, air conditioner working poorly, with the temp we were sweating all night, 3 next we went to take breakfast it was 9:05am the receptionist asked if we booked the breakfast i said no she then I can’t accept you!!! Since you didn’t book before 9:00 I offered even to pay in cash unfortunately she refused although i told her no one gave us the information before. 4 last day at 9:00 am some one was knocked at the door, I opened and the lady told just to remind you to leave the room at 12:00 noon, I was really surprised by this behavior. She could have came a little later. The employees were really very young and seem not to know about the hospitaly job. It really unfortunate and i am really disappointed. Maybe the only positive point is the lactation of the Hotel very close to the marina and nice restaurants around luckily we were very well served.

Limited dining, feel Unsafe

The hotel is on a one-way system in the port and I missed it the first time round. On street parking was full so I was parked further away with a heavy suitcase ... I changed room being too close to the street which was no problem at all, the team were very helpful. It's not a new hotel but keeps the B&B hotel standards, room could have been larger but a good stay and the port is so lovely. I would go back again.

The room is clean, but bare minimum. We stayed there because of the location on the marina, which was nice. But the surrounding restaurants were below average for quality of food and value for price. We were there 4 days and ended up going to the local supermarket and buying an electric cooler, food for meals and beverages, a bag of ice, and a coffeemaker. We were not able to obtain ice from the front desk. We rented a car, and if you are on foot there...good luck. It is a good distance from anything else and there is not much to do other than eat below average food and walk around just to walk around.

All was Ok for short stay on business trip

No front desk staff at check-in time! You have to use a kiosk before 5 PM to check in!! Early checkin not available (2 PM minimum)! Rooms are too tight. However are is nice right in front of a small marina with nice restaurants next door.

We had great time only one thing gone wrong. Some absolutely idiot broke window in our car... tbh not only in our cars.

Well priced, located 4 minutes walk from Port de Bouc train station. Overlooking a beautiful port. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Highly recommended.

simply stunning location, your literally a stones throw away from the harbour water, lovely restaurants lovely food, only thing missing was a kettle did find it odd as ive never stayed anywhere without that basic facility... but thats literally the worse thing i can find. Would recommend this place lovely xx

Chambre très propre. Vue magnifique pour les chambres 100,200,300…Endroit calme en Février. Petit déjeuner : prix un peu élevé pour le choix proposé.

je suis arriver a 2h du matin tout c’est bien passer juste priblele de reservation j’ai due appeler l’asistance 24h sur 24h tres rapide merci tres bon hitel de recommande fortement propre et spacieux

Sejour ok. Juste un petit aléa pour récupérer le code de la porte mais vite corrigé.

Aucun rapport avec ma demande je le suis retrouvé au premier que j'ai demandé en étage bruit de voiture gens qui parlé devant les chambre nuit fatigante pour un w6 de repos

Bloqué à la réception automatique pendant 40 min. La clim qui fonctionnait mal j'ai eu chaud toute la nuit. Je ne reviendrai pas
