The room was small but adequate . The air conditioner wasn’t working , only blew hot air and as it had been 27 degrees that day it was a very hot unpleasant night . We had to sleep with window open , the road noise was awful and the a car alarm went off . We hardly slept . The light switch on the bedside light was broken so I couldn’t switch it on to read . All in all an awful night with not much sleep . With a very long drive back to the uk the next day it wasn’t ideal . Teception was closed at the time so I couldn’t rectify any of this at the time

Arrived about 9.30pm and entry was difficult with the automatic machine- we had 2 rooms booked but only 1 was made available via the email, although both rooms were booked on the same booking

Check in process is the worst you can imagine. Took us 45min to get to the room.

Check in was not easy and had to call after hours for help to get in . Asked for ground floor room , not available , so we were put on 2nd floor !!! . Bed side light worked but the fitting was extremely loose ! Room was clean and mattress was very comfortable . We have stayed here many times but never had these problems before .

Would have liked a downstairs room . But didn’t happen even though I asked to reserve at time of booking , many weeks before arrival . Receptionist did apologise on arrival for not being able to give us this .

Arrived very late but had been left instructions to get to rooms very much needed as people where stressed. Thank you

Helpful very welcoming staff member/manager. Quick easy check in. Very clean comfortable room (14) with lovely view and glimpse of the Seine. Super breakfast. All very good value. Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

Suited our needs for a night with a dog

All around horrible experience. Dirty and broken rooms . Too level of disrespect and rude behaviour. Smelly rooms, dirty towels and sheets

Not up to the usual standards of the BB franchise. Very tired looking and in need of refurbishing. Bathroom especially poor and very tight for space. Toilet paper ran out on the evening of our one night stay, obviously not checked by cleaners. Shower didn’t drain properly. Receptionist seemed flustered and couldn’t find our booking.

A convenient overnight stay on the way north. Room was clean and quiet despite nearby main road. Bed and pillow surprisingly comfortable.

A budget hotel but certainly wasn't a budget-quality stay.

Useful as a stopover, on site parking. The local area is not the best. Comfy bed. It was fine for me but perhaps not if it was longer than a couple of nights.

The car park gate slid shut just as we drove up. Reception was closed, but I used the help bell to speak to a man who was really helpful. He gave me the code I needed to open the gate. Paying via the machine was easy and the receipt me my room number and access code. I booked the room that morning via the Hotels.com. Finding a twin room (I was travelling to the Charente with my adult son) with parking at such short notice was not easy, so it was fine that the room was basic. Everything worked. The bed was a bit hard and we only had one rather flat pillow each. We also only had one bath towel each and a bath mat, so I didn’t bother washing my hair. I was very grateful to find a room with twin beds at such short notice. It was just a few hundred metres off our route, which really helped at the end of a long drive down from Yorkshire!

Hard to find the hotel no signage around when you driviny

Easy check in out of hours and a basic vending machine on site for refreshments or snack. As a family of four, the room was very quiet, but was not clearly signposted that it was accessed from outside! So took us a while to find it! Overall, a good basic hotel for an overnight stop

Good for a quick overnight stay.

Used this property many times and generally all is fine. However, room 13 has a bad smell from the drains. This was the second time we have had this room so nothing has been done since our first complaint. The location is convenient for us but we have said that we will not accept this room again.

Room smelled horribly of cigarettes . You need to follow through on your no smoking policy. There was no one in the reception otherwise I would have asked for another room.
