Everything was wonderful. The staff was polite, helpful and even went above and beyond. The rooms where great, they were clean and comfortable. The hotel felt warm and inviting. I will definitely stay there again..

Staff were great, especially on check out where the lady ( forget her name) was helpful to me finding a place to eat & many of us to getting transportation to the airport.

The room was very small, and the heating / A/C controls less the expected. Very limited electrical outlets made charging phones and other tech tough.

There was a street parking place saved for us before check in.

The hotel is old and not a great stay for families with children but the staff was absolutely amazing and helpful

Staff very pleasant; room very neat and clean; however very loud thumping noise , possibly from near-by club, kept us awake until after midnight

It was great not too much not too less, just simple and good. I liked it.

No hot water. Egress window opened into a wall. No wall cloths. Awful, lumpy bed. Cockroaches. It's really indescribable. We needed a safe, clean, comfortable place to rest and clean up during a stressful travel delay, and we ended up in what felt like a third world sit com. I'm very disappointed that Expedia allows places like this for booking. The staff was lovely. We are freaked out, sore, dirty and exhausted. I never want to book through Expedia again after this experience.

Although the front desk staff was very cordial, the room was in poor condition. The sink was not working & water only trickled; tv did not work; furniture was old

A/C was cold and shower was hot other than that there is not much positive to say about this hotel. Good thing is I was only here for one night. If you do stay here bring earplugs.

The AC was good The room was adequate. The shower never got hot. There were no washcloths, only bath towels. Promised coffe Was not made.
