great place to stay, relax but also have fun

Love it! We have been coming to the Gilberts every month for a weekend and enjoying every single time. Cazebo still the main reason for us to come back over and over again. Will see you, Gilbert, last weekend of july

Cabanas are the best. Food good. Mattress was horrible. Whole in wall and pile of hair in the bathroom were not a good thing to see. However, back to the beginning- Cabanas covered for minuses.

The staff was wonderful but I couldn’t enjoy the resort, the property is full of mosquitoes even inside the room, the kitchen closed early because of the mosquitoes, nothing to eat or vending machines after 9:30 pm, no phone in the room or room service, the bathrooms sink was cracked. In general not great for the price .

It’s a one time experience

My family and I enjoy the place very clean and neat however not much to do walkable distance.

The resort needs a bit of upgrade , water in the shower did not get warm or hot I had to take a shower with cold water My room and my family also rented there same thing in their room

We spent a wonderful afternoon and morning. The pool was clean, live music, perfect atmosphere to enjoy with friends and family.

We were able to check in early on a saturday... it was loud and crowded people and cars everywhere. About 7:30pm or 8pm. Everyone was done and had a nice dinner at the restaurant. The best times to be outside are mornings ans aftee everyone has left dor the day!! The beds wernt the most comfortable. I would stay here again!

La propiedad se ve bien de afuera no pude entrar pues las normas y regulaciones ⸻ ★☆☆☆☆ Una experiencia muy decepcionante Me hospedé en este hotel esperando una estancia relajante, pero las reglas extremadamente estrictas arruinaron por completo mi experiencia. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos más vigilados que bienvenidos. Todo parecía tener una norma detrás: El personal parecía más enfocado en hacer cumplir las reglas que en brindar una buena atención. En lugar de sentirnos como huéspedes, nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en un internado. Definitivamente no volveré y no lo recomiendo si buscas relajarte sin sentirte constantemente restringido. ⸻

Always a great experience! As a regular guest, I can say everything was once again perfect. The staff is professional, the food is good and the music creates a great atmosphere. . I’ll definitely be coming back with pleasure!

Loud people outside all night. Room is average at best.

Gilbert has a great view of the water. We saw dolphins, manatees and turtles. The Tiki bar has good drinks and pretty good food. The beach gets very crowded but there is a private area for overnight guests.

We love stopping at Gilbert's for a Rum Runner as we enter the Keys and decided to stay before traveling to our final destination. The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Room was exceptionally clean and recently renovated. The staff is fantastic. I was dissapointed with the view and there really is no beach. The location is very convenient though. Fun restaurant/bar on the water.

Excellent place, staff, and location. Amazing sunset view! I highly recommend it!
