Wonderful stay

Exceptionally beautiful property, very well maintained in the heart of Detroit. No attention to detail was spared on the design, etc. Rooms are large as well as the bathroom. Amazing staff and valet! I highly recommend.

This was an amazing early 1900th century building recently renovated to create a gorgeously hotel with lots of space and character. The staff at the door were also lovely and joyful. Apart from the Receptionist who check us in we had a perfect stay. He must have had a bad day LOL

What a beautiful, historic hotel! It is also close to shopping, lots of restaurants and sights. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to Detroit Opera. I plan to stay here the next time I come to Detroit.

Perfect location for walking to Detroit events like Comerica and ford field. Convenient dining and shopping. Beautiful hotel!

Spectacular historic property. A five star, big city experience!!!

Overall, easily the best hotel in Detroit. The hotel was in stellar shape, beautiful rooms, and spacious shower/bathroom. I spent a night there during a frustrating layover in Detroit and certainly had a fun evening. The staff (front desk + doorman/valet) aren’t the most attentive and for the price tag, I expected more protective help with luggage etc. No direct issues with them addressing issues & very hospitable.
