Place is closed and I had no way to go on Feb25

this property was closed when i got there. if you decided to close the property please take it off from travel engine website. still trying to get my refund back, the orbitz agents are still trying to contact this hotel for me.

On the website it's clearly showed check in 12h, i went to the hotel at 1h pm, they told me it's too early to check in. Customer service is very poor, drinking water is dirty, old crap blanket, i don't recommend this hotel to nobody.

Hotel was very peaceful and quiet and peaceful. The owner was friendly and the staffs were excellent. I will definitely go back.

Second time being at this hotel and again the service gets better, owner makes it there duty to make sure your comfortable I give this hotel a 5star

It is a brothel and no parking space , room is dirty, tv is not working, customer service is bad Very insecure area with high concentration of people that can robbed you. I checked in with my 2 kids and i had to leave the same night because i was scared. Thank you Expedia

I absolutely love this place. It is a hidden jewel. The first night I was queasy from my first day activities and they ensured that I had ginger tea and kept checking on me to ensure that I was alright. Kindness and care especially from the owner. This is going to be my spot. And I just love the comfy bed...you can lay down and actually sleep. It is quiet although there is an entire world outside.

Excellent little hotel in the heart of Petionville. Clean, hot water, nice service and owner involved daily. I've traveled Haiti reviewing hotels and restaurants for 8 years and this is a beautiful little place I would 100% recommend.

A little rough around the edges, but all in all not bad. Odd bathroom set up in rooms, but that didn’t bother us much. Service was attentive and hospitable. The breakfast was fine, but an egg or two would have made a difference. Comfortable bed.

Very great hotel!! The owner makes you feel at home and I am very surprised why this hotel is not known like the royal osiais or the best western because its very great place to be

It was just ok fir the night.i would say if there is no more options you can crash there for the night.

My second time there: the first was just to have a drink; this one, for a short stay. You get great value for your buck! Preety boutique-hotel with classy and warm decor. The food is always tasty (pricier in the evening but you are having Chef food). Although it does not look it, the included-breakfast is filling and tasty too. Service is warm and attentive. You can also go around easily by foot (if you are adventurous), by public trasport (if you are REEEAAALLY adventurous), or even better, rent a small car so you can get easy parking outside when you get back in the area. Enjoy! ... I did. Oh! and do ask their barmen to prepare you a drink... or two...

Fabulous experience , I highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely friendly staff nice atmosphere wth stone walls, wood and nicely decorated lots of arts , only problem really was no separation between bathroom and bedroom in any of the habitations. But the staff made us feel at home, the food was excellent and our overall experience very pleasant.

The hotel looks the same as advertised on Expedia, I was very pleased and my children love it. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. There is flat screen in every room, and the AC works well.

Was very comfortable in my room. Those who visited were screened. Was told of their arrivals in advance.
