This hotel has a great location for anyone who needs easy access to the airport in London. At most a 5-minute drive. I've lost count of how many times we've stayed there when visiting family in the London area. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. A complimentary breakfast is included with the room booking. It's a "serve yourself" breakfast but there is a variety of hot and cold breakfast foods. Our one "con" is that there is no restaurant on site. There are some fast food places nearby but nothing really close (i.e., walking distance) that would constitute a nice sit-down restaurant. Overall, however, it is our go to place in London.

This hotel is ideally located at the intersections of two major arteries. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food for breakfast was ample, hot, fresh and tasty. Having coffee 24/7 was also quite nice. The only suggestion I have would be to put a photo of a CF 104 in room 104. Loved the theme of the planes throughout the lobby!

Whenever we come to London after having moved out of the city we always choose Best Western. Everyone is always so nice and tries to help as fast as they can in any way possible. The beds and rooms are always so clean with clean sheets, the food for breakfast is always great. We also heard a housekeeper cleaning a bathtub while passing by a room which made us even more confident in the cleanliness of the rooms.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Breakfast offerings were very gluten heavy but that is pretty typical.

Nice hotel . No shuttle to airport till 9 am. I had early flight so didn’t help me .

Affordable and family friendly. The gym was good. Use of plastic cutlery set not too eco-friendly.
