This is the second time we have stayed in a room at the far end on the third floor and have not had hot water. Both times the staff was very courteous and quickly found a new room for us. We appreciate being given a new room but it seems the issue is an ongoing one and those rooms need to be unassigned until it is resolved. It does take away from the relaxation of a stay when you settle in for the evening and then when getting ready for bed realize there is no hot water and and so need to pack up, relocate and resettle. Both times we were told they are aware of the issue and as our stays were almost one year apart we were very surprised to encounter the same issue.
