After arriving there was no receptionist on guard until within 30 minutes. but the rooms are clean and big. may the pandemic pass soon.

We arrived at check-in hours but there were no hotel / security employees or even fellow hotel users, only the reception desk was empty, OK, we waited while checking the location for about -25 minutes but there were still no people, Then I called the hotel, the hotel was informed that the hotel was closed independently clearly I asked to move hotels and they had been hygienized by the CS, after 40 minutes on the phone I was told to go back and not be able to change, this is oyo want to play or what, people have checked in elsewhere, oath this is the worst place for service.

first of all the room was kinda not being well prepared, there are leftover foods & drinks inside the broken mini-bar, hard to call the hotel directly because the phone number on google maps is not registered / cant be reached. asking for the room with balcony but the balcony are not a real balcony.

The location is in a quiet place, moldy mattresses and pillows are not covered, spacious rooms, hot water, drinking water is not provided, reception is not available.

The hotel has large rooms so the alley between the rooms is very small, clean, but the environment is indeed rather quiet, so it seems horror, If you are alone you definitely don't feel at home, the cowardly don't come here, but those who are looking for a calm atmosphere are cool, especially when going out at night is a bit troublesome because the road is rather difficult and dark with a forest forest atmosphere.

Latrine spray doesn't work, hot water is lacking, location is far from crowds.

locations far from large streets are hard to find. Very bad service, the receptionist was not friendly, the AC was not cold, not provided towels, soap, toothbrushes, mineral water, coffee maker, telephone in the room. ask for towels to the receptionist replied there is no towel stock still in the laundry. hotel not enclosed, dirty, lots of dust. The receptionist said that the service is as it is because the price of Oyo is very cheap. i regret staying at masten tamarind!

The hotel is quite far from everywhere but it's OK if you want to find it comfortable. The hotel is clean but can't get breakfast and water is taken from the dispenser itself, only one towel and soap.

We feel unsafe because the elevator unproperly need the new one.

The location of the hotel is very far from civilization. The power went off at 3 pm

The place is far away, only if you want to go to a place that has not yet been explored by many people. This is a recommended inn, besides the price is cheap, the rooms are large, only the hallways are narrow so it feels in the film Mazerunner Buahaha. Overall okay 👍

The location around the hotel is pretty quiet, the service from the receptionist is good and friendly.

so happy, near to the beach just walk. clean also the environment. thank you next time we will definitely stay overnight. want to see dolphin and then come home because the kids tomorrow have to go to school

remote place. into remote areas. the hotel is dark. potluck breakfast. room is not too big. but suitable for families & children. not noisy. there is a swimming pool and clean. if it is not jammed, the travel time from this hotel to Ngurah Rai airport is only 30 minutes. overall, unsatisfactory.
