Quaint, charming excellent place to stay. We were in the carriage house and it was perfect. We had an upstairs room and it was way more spacious than expected. The courtroom outside was so relaxing and well maintained. Breakfasts and happy hour were fantastic. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Absolutely would stay here again. Location was perfect .. walkable to everywhere. Parking across the street easy in and out.

The Jasmine House is a beautiful place to stay if you want a place to stay with history, and everyday comfort. Loved sitting on the big front porch for happy hour and the serenity of the patio for morning coffee. It was easily walkable to the downtown. Restaurants were plentiful…shopping downtown was lovely.

I rented the suite on the top floor during a birthday weekend celebrating 2 friends. It was convenient, very spacious, and beautifully decorated with antiques and many vintage details intact. I felt like I was staying in a nice apartment instead of a hotel. The suite has a completely updated kitchen that works well with the decor but is bright and refurbished like new. We all enjoyed the cocktail hour and breakfasts. I highly recommend the Jasmine House!

From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. From the breakfast, evening wine and charcuterie board, to the sparkle wine and macaroons in the late evening, everything was perfect

Bed and linens were very comfortable. Slept great each night which is usually not the case with new surroundings. Complimentary room snacks and drinks were a nice gesture and came in handy.
Only issue was the shower head. Granted I’m spoiled when it comes to this feature, but an upgrade would have merit. Water temp and pressure were good.
Great staff, friendly and accommodating.

Staying for 2 nights at the Jasmine House was perfect and comfortable. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Jasmine House is in a great location for walking to all the best restaurants and shopping. I plan to stay at this location again when I visit Charleston again soon.

Perfectly located and convenient to shopping and THE Best restaurants in Charleston! Like living “at home” in Charleston without buying a house! The staff are all very helpful. Like sharing time with family. Breakfast and afternoon/evening wine/champagne were special treats. Not our first time to stay at The Jasmine House, and definitely not our last!

I loved this place and will stay there again. The hospitality was top-notch. My only criticisms are that is aging and shows some signs of wear and tear--rusty registers, gunk build up around shower doors, ...

Nice location and property. Our room was on 2nd floor with access to balcony. The room was large, historic, and we enjoyed the stay. Only oddity was that breakfast/ food items are essentially in hallway as buffet style - tight spacing. But food was fine and allowed for flexibility.
Staff was nice

The free food and drink was great and always available. The cable tv was out and we got no notice. I understand there are issues out of your control but let us know. The door to the room was difficult to open, had to kick it. Bedside lamp was not working properly. Would have been a 5 without a couple of these minor issues. Will stay again.
