Staff were courteous and accommodating. I booked the accessibility room and found it spacious will all I needed. Breakfast was excellent. Should I find myself in Krakow again, I will be staying at The Hampton by Hilton.

Very good hotel in Kraków, near to the Tauron Arena, which was essential for me, as I attended a concert there. The room was clean and adequate size, bed comfortable, and the water pressure excellent in the bathroom. The breakfast is excellent, there are a lot of warm options, and some of them are changed, so it is a little different every day. The breakfast room is big enough, which is a big positive, You don't need to stand for minutes, looking for a free table. The only thing I did not like were the small elevators, it would be good if stairs could be used to access the lower levels.

Everything it’s ok but big space for car park there charging car park they shouldn’t it’s not fair this hotel should free car park

Really impolite receptionist with attitude. The room was just fine but the bed was abit lumpy. After encountering with the impolite staff, I will not return to this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Guest reception was warm & welcoming. The breakfast was bountiful and alway replenished. The staff worked hard to ensure delicious food offerings & a clean dining experience. Housekeeping provides fresh welcome each day! We highly recommend this hotel and the hospitality team that bring it to life.

The hotel was located in poor area. Taxi was necessary to get to the centre town. The room was small but fairly quiet and clean. The staff left a dirty towel in our room upon check in and never removed the garbage.
