Clean and sparkling. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Great breakfast.

Everything good

The property did not have my appointment., even thouugh i had a confirmation. Then when i was on the phone with reservations, they found a room... they asked me to type in ny credit card information, while i was driving down I79... when i was able to get it done, they told me the room was booked, there were no more. I'm extremely disappointef.

Property was clean, well lit and offered ample dining space. An additional indoor meeting room or area wouldve been nice.

We were given a handicapped room, which we didn’t need or want. The hotel was definitely not full. The parking was supposed to be free, but we were charged $4! The pool water was not warm

The King suite was perfect for patent recovery done at WVUH. The walk in shower was very helpful and the laundry room next to the exercise room is a nice touch

The room was nice and clean, all staff was friendly.

When we were checking in the receptionist was not friendly, basically threatened us with removal from the premises if our kids who are 13 and 10 years old were seen unattended at the hotel. Made us sign a waiver. The breakfast was terrible. We participate in Travel baseball and stay at many hotels. I would rather stay in a flea infested roach motel than be treated as a criminal in an overpriced McMansion with rude staff.

Little league tournament all weekend with kids screaming & running up & down halls in hotel until near midnight 2 nights in a row!! No resolve from management as they said they only had one person working evening/night shifts - no refund or reduced rate since I went thru Expedia for my reservations!! Horrible weekend

The clerk was not at the desk when we arrived. It took about 5 minutes before she appeared from the back room. She was friendly but when I complained about outlets not working in the room she did not appear to be too concerned. Simply told me she would refer it to maintenance. I mentioned that the price was higher than I expected she pretty much said it is what it is. We stop ever on our way back North. We will probably try another hotel in Clarksburg.

We stop here every tear on the way home from FL. Amazing location. Clean and friendly staff.

Nice size rooms, beds nicely made, but the room was filthy. I checked in at 9 PM with a toddler and was only staying one night. I just cleaned the room myself but this is what I found.

The microwave did not work. Easy check in and breakfast makes it handy.

Room was comfortable and clean. Spotless really. Front desk was helpful, fitness room clean and decent amount of equipment. The breakfast was nicely presented. Scrambled eggs were so so. So I went with making granola from the oatmeal toppings to go with the yogurt.
