This stay was overall horrible. The rooms were small, the place was very dirty, people were noisy, and worst of all there were alot of cockroaches

A friend and I stayed in room 301, which is definitely the best of the options with two beds. It was beautifully designed and spacious. The other rooms can be a bit loud. The staff is incredibly accommodating. They truly make you feel like they enjoy taking care of their guests. The food is also excellent.

The staff isn't welcoming, you have to ask about internet, breakfast, they don't bring you any information, so you feel like an hotel de paso! Bed is old, and shower has not ventilation so the room smells humid.

The hotel couldn't be in a better location. Rooms were clean, nice sheets, as the name suggests, lovely colonial interior, high ceillings, spacious bathroom, excellent value. Contrary to some advisories, Morelia and the state of Michoacan felt super safe - highly recommendable. Residents were so helpful and there is so much to do and see. tours organized by the Hotel Colonial also great value, fun and knowledgeable guide.

Lo bueno es que esta céntrico lo malo es que los baños son muy chicos y se encharca el agua en ellos.

Excelente ubicación, personal amable y atento. Deberían controlaar mejor hasta qué hora se quedan algunos huéspedes en el patio gritando y riendo, ya que no hay aislamiento sonoro en las habitaciones y el ruido que a veces hacen hasta pasada la medianoche, no deja descansar

no me compraron lo que tenian en la pagina, de hoteles, pero me demostraron que no fue culpa de ellos, sino de la compañia expedia. no respetaron el precio

Para poder tener un servicio que corresponda a las imágenes del sitio hotel.com les falta: 1.- tapetes de toalla en el baño 2.- no utilicé la TV porque el control no servia el volumen. 3.- detalles tan simples como dejar un papel de baño de reserva. 4.- los blancos ya están demasiado lavados.

Me parece que el hotel ya le urge una actualizada, los servicios son realmente pobre sobre todo la limpieza en baños y la ropería de toallas sobre todo. Lo realmente bueno es la ubicación muy centrica y cerca de todo.

Toallas demasiado viejas y un ventilador demasiado viejo y haciendo demasiado ruido el shower un poco sucio y faltante the cerámica. Pero el personal muy bien.

Pague dos habitaciones y solo me tenían una , tarde en q me dieran una más , el estacionamiento por la mañana a las 10am estaba cerrado , tarde media hora en q lo abrieran y en el horario dice de 8am a 8pm

Necesita ser remodelado con buen gusto, las habitaciones no tienen ventanas, y el estado general de el hotel es mala.
