Small hotel, old room, convenient location, room cleanliness is okay but the dining area looks dirty and sketchy, food is poor and bad

Tiny Hotel, Decent Room. they even provide standing fan as AC is not sufficient for the Hochiminh heat. Breakfast is... well, let’s just say it’s more of a suggestion than a meal. A slice of bread and a noodle—clearly designed to keep you humble. And don’t sleep in! At 9:00 AM sharp, the staff swoop in like breakfast ninjas, clearing everything away with zero warning. Blink and you’ll miss it—literally. Also, bring cash unless you want to be penalized for using a card. Apparently, convenience comes at a price here. ok for a quick stay if your expectations are not much.

The room is clean, the room is small but I feel ok. Beautiful location, right on the walking street and Saigon River, convenient to go anywhere. Enthusiastic staff.

I love this hotel, very warm and helpful receptionist, can use english, have an elevator (my previous stay doesn't have one), warm water, clean, have wifi, and easy to get grabbike or grabcar.

I like the room, It is quite. So we can sleep convenient. Amenities was completed. The staff was humble, polite, kind and helpful. We decided to extended here after had 2 night stay in this hotel. They allowed us to stay in the same room (without additional fees). We had a good experience here. We Will back here one day, if we come to ho chi Minh. This is the best hotel that we choose during our holidays. Good price. Keep up the service. We Will see you again if we back to Ho Chi Minh 🙏

They upgrade my room without additional fee, the stuff was very helpful, kind, and humble. The room is quite. Finally, my baby can sleep tight in this hotel (before, we had a night in bui vien walking street area, that ' s so crowded & loud music that make we can't sleep 😭). So, we decided to extended 1 more night before back to our country. Keep up the good service!

The receptionist and staff here are very friendly, helping to carry suitcases and boxes, even though they are heavy, they are very happy to assist. The biggest dissatisfaction is booking a delexue room with windows and a view of the corrugated iron roof. Where a lot of the back rooms' air conditioners are located. Makes a very annoying noise. Hoping to have a room with a window facing the road, the room I received had a window facing the corrugated iron roof. Didn't see any light at all.
