A nice hotel with strategic location near Ben Thanh. Seems to be a new hotel less than 2 years. Love the amenities in the room. They even provided nail clipper, small scissor which are useful. Even in the bathroom they provide facial cleaner, Tresemme shampoo and conditioner. The security officer was very attentive and always be there to assist us. Cons: the breakfast selection is. Limited and almost the same, day to day. Not too-friendly for elderly as you need to climb staircase from street-level to lobby. And also to the restaurant at the basement.

Great hotel! Attentive service, from the security guard to the staff are very enthusiastic. The surrounding area has everything, 5 minutes walk from Bui Vien. Stayed for almost a week and was very satisfied, a little unfamiliar with the high pillow, but I still rate 5 stars.

Receptionist and housekeeper, but the problem is that the room is not soundproof, the 9th floor hears the sound from the fitness upstairs, always disturbing, but inside the room and inside the hotel is at the top cover, clean, easy to travel

Great hotel in District 1 walking distance to any attractions food everything else in Saigon. Great staffs great amnesties clean hotel. Simple and nice breakfast.

There is nothing to complain about this hotel, all the basic things you need in a hotel is there. The gym needs updating, but who spend time in gym when you are in a great place like Saigon? The location is great for exploring. The staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Despite all those negative remarks, I'd can say that I had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay in this hotel. The room was huge, easy access to nearby attractions and pleasant hospitality. Vietnamese people are so amazing. Even they cant speak English very well but they try all the possible to assist you. I had nothing to complain bout this hotel. I've stayed in room number 904 btw. The only things that that should consider was the breakfast choice.The maybe can have a muslim friendly breakfast choice.
