Good place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. Most staff can understand some English so it's helpful for those who don't speak any Spanish. The building is a little outdated but the room was cozy. I enjoyed the stay there. Breakfast is always cooked to order eggs, arepa, cereal, bread, and fruit everyday but they only serve in a 4 hour window.

The apartment is located in a very nice and safe area. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very kind and willing to help. Breakfast was great. A few things in the apartment need to be refreshed.

The suite was large ( I believe they all vary) and very good value. Best perhaps very helpful staff. Beware though if you don’t speak Spanish.my partner does so we were fine but not one staff member had English. Big issue. Kitchen has. Appliances but nothing else. No towels no coffee no sugar or creamer. Late night arrivals beware. Grocery shopping first priority ( see also need for Spanish)!!!j good place but management needs to plug some holes. Overall once you do the groceries it is fine.

Last year was better. This year we experienced a lot of noise, service was not very good and rooms need more maintenance and cleaning.

I was not told that there was a safe or a sauna. I was not given the instructions on how to use the appliances: Oven, microwave, TV. (sorry, but these are different from those in the US). The vents in the bathroom and in the kitchen are super dirty causing me to sneeze constantly. Apparently, they use a cloth of some sort to clean the bathroom mirror and it doesn{t work because you can see the streak all over. The room looks clean but on closer inspection it is not. The people at the front desk and the security guar5d could not be nicer. I´d give them a 10 over 10, always doing their best to assist me in every which way possible. Perhaps a supervisor could review each unit upon cleaning, to ensure that the unit is in perfect working condition, prior to leasing and/or the host returning. Other than this, I highly recommend this place. I will definitily come back. Nice location, quiet and secure area, all types of restaurants & shopping stores within walking distance,I found a shoe repair shop, a grocery store, a beauty salon and when my laptop crashed, here I am at an internet café. Transportation is great too.

Despite Covid restrictions the hotel provided excellent and friendly service. Without laundry service because of covid restrictions the pay laundry required signing up for a use time. The exact change required was hard to acquire. All in all, fantastic

The customer service was outstanding. The size of the apartment was great. The only complaint I have is the restaurant, the breakfast was very basic and plain, no options, no colombian breakfast available. The restaurant hours are limited and not convenient for the visitors. I will come back but have to plan to get my meals somewhere else:

Spacious and secure Apartment, however the bathroom needs remodelation and so does the kitchen. The stove was not working and the fridge made a loud noise. Direct TV services with TV in the bedroom and living room in Spanish and English. The bed was very comfortable. Next door they are still building for another year and they start early. Daily cleaning services, friendly staff and breakfast possibility continental for around 4$ per person.

Close to business area, restaurants, large apartment room type. Good for long trips or weekends

We were very pleased with the hotel. A very convenient location, close to parks, restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel has very pleasant and good staff. Reasonably priced. Only one night of problem sleeping because of noise of other guests. Furnings very good, although some might find the bed to be a bit hard. Our only mild complaint was that kitchen did not have as many pots and pans as other condominums we have rented in Bogota. Pickup and return to the airport were excellent. Highly recommended for a place to stay.

It was fortunate that we only stayed 2 nights as I did not enjoy this hotel. The reception staff did not speak any English and were not very polite. This was evidenced when we checked out and they wanted to charge me for the room even though I showed that I paid via Hotel.com. It took 10 minutes to resolve and there was no apology. The breakfasts ($7) available are basic and small in size (2 eggs and 2 slices of toast) with a juice and coffee. However the main problem was the noise from the building work right next door as per my photos. They are renovating a very tall building and start work about 7:30 with all the associated noises so no chance of sleep or privacy. We had an executive room which was a good size (on 2 floors with steep windey steps between) and clean with hot water and only 10 minutes walk to Parque 93 which were the only redeeming aspects. I would not recommend staying here while there is building work which I think will be for a long time.

Basic hotel but, friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything North, like the Parque 93 shopping/restaurant area. Taxis are cheap if you want to tour the south or other areas.(bonus: approx 90-100000COP round trip airport) They also have a very nice with basic english for hire driver for approx 25000COP per hour for a guider tour.

I found the accommodations to be very roomy, modern, immaculately clean, and to be in a great location. Harold, the daytime desk manager, was very welcoming, offering any help necessary to make for a great stay. The very affordable nightly stay includes breakfast in their nicely appointment small restaurant. I can not have asked for a better suite and service. In booking this for my week's stay in Bogotá, I could not have chosen a place better than this.
