Great location, quiet area, clean apartment. Only issue was free parking was hard to find. Other than that, great stay!

There wasn’t a front desk but the hotel operated so smoothly with everything you needed in the room or in the linen closet. I would recommend and stay here again it was within walking distant from a few shops

Great hotel

A little far from the downtown core but okay with scooters and a bit of a walk. Nice hotel, 1 star removed for conflicting information regarding housekeeping between different communication methods.

The room was ok, very basic but it was clean. There was no kettle provided in the room nor any drinks options in any communal areas.... this was unexpected as it didnt state that a kettle wouldn't be available. After landing at the airport late in the evening, we bought some 'instant noodles' knowing restaurants would be close at that time, so it was very frustrating to get to our room and find no amenities or way or making a drinknor food. There was also very limited parking outside. With no reception or front desk, you were left with limited information.

Very clean and cozy

Lovely large room with comfortable beds and a great shower. Parking was a bit difficult to find. The rooms aren't sound proof as we could hear the neighbours running down the hall way and talking in the early hours of the morning. A bit disappointed there was no kettle in the room either.

Not eaven a glas or cup for water in the room , construction is underway on the first floor of the building , the hotel is not ready to receive gests in my opinion .

Clise to restaurants and shopping

It was under construction. They were working on a few rooms. The cleaning staff was Awesome!!!! The breakfast was a continental breakfast. Very good. The rooms we rented were brand new. The location is about a 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants

Really seamless stay here at the hotel. There were construction works going on but didn’t disturb us. Check in was a little unclear as supposedly an email was sent with details before. This was not the case but the check in assistant when ringing the bell was very helpful and we had codes and a room within minutes. Our room had a code and there was zero interaction with staff

We did not receive an email with our room number & acess code before we arrived and we found this is needed to even enter the hotel as there is no front desk. A free breakfast was advertised but the turnstile only allowed one of the 2 of us to enter the dining area. The hotel is under renovation and a worker appeared in our unit with no warning. Not impressed with expedia or the hotel. We will never come here again or recommend it to anyone.
