Great location within a short walk to the church of St Lazarus and the beach with many bars and restaurants. There are a couple of mini marts close by. Excellent breakfast with great selection.

Breakfast was very good with varieties to choose from.

The room was massive I booked a suite but the bathroom was tiny there is a safe and wardrobe the shower had good power and really hot water however the water stayed in the shower tray and when that filled up the water overflowed over and flooded the bathroom the beds were comfy enough air con didn’t work as good as I hoped I think it was placed in the wrong area the balcony was tiny and had a step which didn’t help the breakfast was fantastic they had smoked salmon which for a 3* was great they don’t do tea bags they have tea infused bags which isn’t a cup of tea!!! the hotel is very neat the town about 5-10 min walk for the price for 3 nights it’s a simple hotel

Kudos to the staff for making my stay in Larnaca a memorable one. Would definitely stay here in future visits to Larnaca.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Well located, just few minutes away from the city centre, and with free private parking available. The room was clean, simple but spacious, with all basic amenities that one could need. On another note, the fridge was a bit noisy, and the curtains could not keep the room any dark after the sunrise.

We arrived at almost 2am to a very warm and kind welcome. Rooms fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast buffet was good although ran out of dishes. Only hitch was checkout where guy was less charming or quick.

We used it for flight conection. Bath room was poor. Towels were so old and gray color. Stuf was excelent

The room was on the first floor and is designed for handicapped people. The bed took up the whole room and it was difficult to get around the room. There was too much unnecessary furniture. Other than that, the room was clean and check in was easy. We only stayed for one night before our flight home.

Everything was pretty goof overall Only downside was noise started around 0600hrs in the morning from hotel staff cleaning and preparing for the day which disturbed us

Parfait ! Accueil rapide et sympathique. Très belle chambre, literie parfaite. Bouilloire et nespresso à disposition. Petit déjeuner excellent varié et abondant.

Très bon accueil. Hôtel très propre et en parfait état. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et bon. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville où aller à la plage. Le parking privé est un plus très appréciable. Seul petit point négatif : le lavabo est très petit....mais c'est un détail.

The hotel is located on a busy street, windows and doors have no isolation from any noise, through tiny walls between the rooms you can hear everything that the neighbors say and do and in the room on the ground floor you can hear all the conversations from the reception and the noise from the bar. This hotel doesn't give a damn about the comfort of their guests. At all. Btw. There is no hotel parking, you can only park on the street (good luck!) But they sell nice pictures online. And see below what you really really get.

One night stay after late flight arrival. Property was clean and functional; staff lovely and breakfast good. Bed was comfortable but room very small (002)

Quality was really good for the price paid. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Hotel is in good location and few minutes walk away to beach and other places. Nice beach side restaurants and places to see. Sometimes, you'll find grumpy bus drivers .. but can't take them into consideration.

The property is clean and renovated The area around is not that much Breakfast is good Staff in general were friendly and nice but the manager/owner was not friendly at all, probably she was the one thing that didn't make it a really nice place to come back to

We had requested a room with a double bed and away from the street. It wasn't available on the first night but for the rest of our stay we got an upgrade which wsd wonderful.
