Solar de las Ánimas is an absolutely beautiful and magical hotel. The architecture, atmosphere, and location in Tequila are outstanding, and the overall experience was amazing. Everything about the place feels authentic and special. The only downsides were poor room cleaning, which was inconsistent, and an issue at checkout where they couldn’t return my deposit due to a machine problem, which was inconvenient. Despite this, it’s a wonderful place to stay and I would still recommend it. With better housekeeping and smoother operations, it would be close to perfect.

Great stay at Hotel Solar de Animas in Tequila. We were there for a wedding and location was so perfect for seeing all of the shops and restaurants in town and walkable to beautiful historic church and the reception at the Sauza grounds. There was lively dance party/concert in the square next to the church so it made it a bit loud and messy on a Friday night - not the fault of the hotel. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Room was beautiful, large and colonial. Felt upscale with lots of tile and wood. Slippers and coffee with cappuccino capability. Tequilas in the room for a charge. Valet made parking easy. Really appreciated some flexibility on check in and when we checked out they immediately checked our room and found we left a shirt in the closet! Great service!! Will stay again!!

We liked the hotel very much, nice and clean room, very nice restaurant and bar. The only thing that we did not like was the noise (music, that we believed was from a night club nearby) that I think did not stop until 2AM :(

The hotel it’s located at the heart of tequila, everything is walking distance so it’s súper convenient, the hotel it’s beautiful, Rooms are really clean and nice and staff it’s amazing, súper helpful! I highly recommend staying here if your visiting tequila.

Staff is very friendly and excellent location. Rooms were clean and had everything including a small fridge. Had some complementary drinks upon our arrival and a nice coffee and continental breakfast in the morning. Definitely would recommend!
